Loved the location and bonus was my window overlooked the sea front.Nice and homely room.

Unfortunately the bathroom shower door was broken, meaning I couldn’t fully close the door causing water to splash from the inside onto the floor

Location is amazing

Hotel is very outdated, lift looks like it's going to break down any minute and it appears to be more of a pensioneres hotel, which is fine, but would be good to know

The room was very comfy and and bed very firm, I really liked the room and very clean no dust at all... location was good not far from the centre in a car or maybe a 15 minute walk into LLandudno centre... Hotel had a nice Little bar and big ball room with entertainment on a Saturday.

I asked for a sea view when I booked the room and the hotel said no problem, however when I arrived they put us in a back room which I was not happy with, so asked the reception and said there would be a charge for a sea view of 10 pound... Did not mind paying the extra 10 pound, however I thought the hotel would give us this request with no extra charge...

Bedroom wouldbenefit from a refurbishment but didn't bother us to much as only a one night stay for room only.

Great location for Venue Cymru theatre and the town in general. Our room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Great choice of traditional breakfast food, including vegetarian and vegan options. Although we arrived too late to get a space in the hotel car park, there is plenty of free overnight on-street parking adjacent to the hotel. All in all, excellent value for money. Somewhere we will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was ok

Breakfast room was ok. Our bedroom was alright, but there was a smell in the bathroom which we did not like, but you could not smell it in the bedroom, so was able to sleep at night, as we were only staying one night, we did not complain.. Our room number was1

Location great for us. Everything we needed in the room. Car park great to have.

We didn’t use the facilities outside of our room so can’t say we disliked anything.

The hotel was advertised as having a car park, which was the main reason for booking, however the hotel has quite a lot of rooms and only 15 car parking spaces, and it was not possible to book a parking space. After booking the hotel I was informed that the parking spaces were on a first come first served basis, and I did not have the time to look for alternative accommodation. However I was lucky to get a parking spot when I arrived, which was good as I did not want to use my car until the day of departure, and come the day of departure I was blocked in by a coach, and the driver said he was unable to move the coach for about 30minutes. The decoration in the room was a bit tatty with wallpaper lifting from the walls and ceiling. There was a small T.V. I think about 22" that was quite old, and the remote buttons had the be pressed quite hard to get them to work. The dining room was of a decent size but the tables were a bit cramped. The breakfast was as advertised, e.g. "Full English" and various other dishes, but the food was not very warm by the time it reached the table. All in all I felt that the stay was a little overpriced. Would I stay there again, no.

The bed, the tv the quality of the decoration the food, and the fact that even though I was lucky to get a parking space, I was not able to book one as it is a first come first serve basis, which was not mentioned until after I booked the room.

It was warm, welcoming and a free car park. Our room 102 had recently been refurbished. Bathroom was excellent.Good food and choice of menu.

Location is great as its central in the bay.Our room had a lovely sea view.Car parking was a bonus.Breakfast was fine but busy as 2 coaches staying at hotel.

At breakfast no meet and greet when you walk in.

The breakfast was very good and served without having to wait more than 5 minutes. Very nice indeed.

Having to wait 20 minutes for a waitress to take the breakfast order.But she did explain that she didn't realise the table we were on . had been allocated to her ..

Friendly staff, good food, good location, parking, everything you needed for a very good price.

Hotel could do with a little tlc & I'd have liked a sea view but that's just being picky!
