Pros +
- Sometimes you arrive somewhere and it exceeds your expectations. This was one of those times. This is a beautiful hotel that has retained its splendor. Staff were welcoming and genuinely looked as if they enjoyed working at St George's. The food was also excellent and good value. So compliments to all.
- Comfy bed with good pillows and duvet.Lovely breakfast good choice and cooked items hot
- On seafront right in middle of town counterbore beds
Cons -
- Having to leave.
- The waiter at breakfast serving the cooked options was very abrupt and rude!!!A male guest in front if me was shocked at his comment. When asking for 2 ashbrowns he said you would want 2 ill need to get more now.He had a bad attitude it was apparent that he shouldn't be a breakfast waiter.
- Menu in restaurant not very big

Nice room sad about the...
The room we were in had fans and a boiler ( we think) outside of our window it kept Ilya awake all night
A lovely old school 4 star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The reception and bar sitting area was cold. The weather was not good and the constant comings and goings and the consequent opening of various doors both external and internal contributed to quite a chilly atmosphere. This was a shame.
Central locationAbsolutely wonderful stayWould highly recommend Staff lovely , immaculately clean .
Great location.Friendly staff.Restaurant and food fab.
The hotel was very nice and well positioned, staff very accommodating, food was excellent. Room was warm and comfortable. The location was close to very good shops.
There was nothing we didn't like. It was a wonderful experience. Perhaps a larger car park facility would have been useful but the streets were very wide with plenty of room to park albeit at certain times of the day one was goverened by time restrictions
Really lovely staff friendly
The only thing was it was my sisters birthday I asked for a bottle of prosecco to be put in room never happened. Luckily had not been charged did mention it to staff at reception she did say no note on system but haad received an email to say they would do it. Things happen would definitely stay here again x
The location was great, staff very friendly and very helpful. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows and the room was clean and warm there was plenty choice for breakfast something for everyone
Twin room was small and overlooked a flat roof, we thought it was expensive for 1 night. Breakfast was busy and kept running out of things which I understand can happen but I'm sure they could have someone keeping a check and filling up before people have to wait
A characterful hotel, well situated for the town centre and a short walk from the station. An excellent breakfast with a good choice of dishes.
Great location, good price Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast OK. I'd have liked some cheese and maybe some better quality bread.
Hotel was much too hot for my liking.
Location was excellent and our room & bathroom were spotless and nicely furnished.Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice, hot buffet, cereals, juices, fruits etc and service excellent.
Parking. Although we managed to park right outside the hotel, there were no disabled spaces available.
We stayed in the a suite , as it was around Xmas time as we walked into the room we was greeted by a Xmas tree which we thought was a really lovely touch the room was large , very clean and fresh the view from the suite was lovely ,
Limited parking space , but we had our own parking space around the back , only one bar open in the evening was a packed around a small area
Ideal location. Comfy beds, nice, clean room. Lovely food available
No problems whilst here
Beautiful Wedgewood room. Excellent tasty breakfast served by friendly well trained staff.
A lovely historic building, but what made it special for us was the wonderful staff, without exception every one we came into contact with were exemplary in their delivery of customer service, friendly, attentive and good humoured.
Parking can be difficult, not the fault of the hotel as it is Victorian.
room 221 sea view amazing breakfast lite site option great best hotel in llandudno
When we said "Bore da" or "S'mai" to the staff they replied in Welsh (95%). That made us feel at home. The Penderyn was excellent! And the breakfast was good.
The property is beautiful just over powering carpets that play havoc with your eyes making me feel unstable on my feet
The water in the bedroom I think should have been sparkling it was flat .the kettle was hidden away in a cupboard and the tea/coffee box was tatty .not a lot of plug sockets and this day and age u would think they had plugs with phone chargers in . The offer services but no info u have to find it on the tv which is ok but a lot of people prefer a folder just small attention to detail .
