The breakfast was nice. The location was fantastic.

The wifi was the worst we've experienced in any other hotels.

Location was excellent, sea view room was good windows needed a clean!.

The bathroom... Firstly the toilet was so uncomfortable super high and the seat was a weird shape.. the shower had some strange doors that didn't work (wet room) overall that space felt old or maybe an unkept old people's home. The room itself was fine.. few observations carpet had a large rip in it. The window opened about an inch ( I suppose there must be a reason) would have been a wonderful view but it was covered in bird excrement a lot of which looked like it had been there for a while.

it was a lovely stay and staff were very good and the hotel was very clean and spotless/food was excellent service was excellent also.

Very comfortable friendly hotel. Great location and excellent restaurant. Would highly recommend it.

Lovely clean, spacious room, comfy beds - nice bar area etc.

Huge gap under the door to the room!!! Only noticeable when dark due to the light coming under it but was about 1.5inches

LocationLift access

1. Stained windows 2. Double bed in king room 3. Water pressure in washroom sink is variable & splashes every time4. Commode is ~2 inches higher than standard height5. No side table 6. No power socket near bed 7. Poor WiFi connection8. Poor lighting system in room9. No usable full body mirror inside of the room, one near the entrance 10. Small TV in an unsuitable place 11. Basically the rooms are not well designed internally and not well thought out for customers. 12. Thus not value for money. There are other properties which I could say are bargain in similar price. This is easily rectifiable if given attention to when they are refurbishing and rebranding which is they are doing now. That is the exact reason took my time to write this review so that you can improve.
