The Broadway Hotel

The location was perfect

There was no hot water, when I informed the reception they can to check, and told me it was just normal sorry.Until I told him I wasn't staying and I wanted my money back he was just happy to fob me off with cold water is normal!Absolutely awful!!

The bed was comfortable and...

New curtains has there’s holes in then new bath black tape over hole radiator leaking in bathroom door not safe it was filled with filler by the lock the rooms need updating

Always come hereMy favourite hotelStaff go out their way to accommodate you and your requests especially RossHousekeeping staff are very friendly Single room really spacious Beds and pillows so comfortable Although the hotel is full it's always quite Breakfast fantastic

Location Friendly and comfortable at a low price

Unfortunately the bar wasn’t open

Very friendly staff and location was perfect for exploring Llandudno.

The room was fairly basic but had everything you need. The downside was a couple of things weren't working properly. The main light constantly flickered when it was turned on and the shower fixing was broken meaning you had to hold the shower head as it would fall straight out of the loose holder.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, reception was welcoming, housekeeper was lovely gave us more towels and tea bags, she couldn’t do enough for us. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Bathroom could do with abit more TLC as looks out dated

Good size room. Friendly staff . Great location. Booked a 2nd night in same room. Excellent breakfast .

Mattress was a bit lumpy on one side . Kept falling into the bumps in it .

The hotel is situated in an ideal spot to explore the town and close to the beach a 1 minute walk away . The room 101 was a large room with a comfy double bed, and the bathroom had a bath / shower a bonus as many places have just showers

Nothing really all was fine for my stay. I would stay again if I was in the area

Excellent central location, very friendly greeting, they let me leave my bags there at 10 am until I could check in which I was very grateful for. Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, very nice and warm as it was very cold outside but the room was lovely and warm and comfortable. Excellent value for money considering how central it is and minutes from the train station.

Only a small thing and didn't take from the great stay I had but perhaps an earlier start for breakfast as 8.30 is a bit late but like i said it wouldn't put me off staying again, it's just this time my train was at 8.35 so couldn't avail.

Very close to train station, shops and beach. A few steps up to reception where we were met by a lovely man who explained the entrance, breakfast and showed us to our room. Room was very clean with a huge bathroom and shower. Room was large with seating area under the window. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice, fast was fast getting to the table. We did notice a lift going off the dining room, but as we didn't use it, I'm not sure what floors it covers.

If unable to climb steps is a problem then that might get in the way, it wasn't an issue for us though.

Very friendly staff. Clean but bed was far ti soft for us

The bed far to soft

Convenient location, big rooms, excellent showers

No so many options at breakfast, old facilities i.e creaking on the floor, door lock is old, almost broken and doesn’t give a sense of safety

Location was good and they had rooms with baths. The bed was comfy. Housekeeping was adequate.

Several fixtures needed mending. It's the first hotel I've stayed in which didn't have a fridge to use and they didn't have any 'do no disturb' door notices. Lastly the heating needs to be turned on at 3 pm when it's freezing cold outside. I'm not sure why they turned it off. Bit expensive for what you got.

Location

Bedding needs updating tea or coffee served cold heating no good

Very convenient for the town centre , the hotel is clean and comfortable.. the staff provided excellent service and lovely fresh cooked breakfast each morning.

No ramp up to the hotel but there is a lift if you can manage the steps.

Comfortable. Warm. We stayed over. As we went to the theatre to see Miss Sygone

Shower tray had standing water in the middle. And the grouting was terrible. It had not been finished. There was no one about when we left. To take our keys and say goodbye. Ask if everything was OK.

Staff friendly, couldn't do enough for you, breakfast was lovely, we had a fabulous time, even though we had to come home due to the weather, which was a pity, would definitely stay again, thanks Jayne and John

Everything was fine

Location and comfortable bed

Bathroom had black mold round bath, holes in side of bath, shower pipe had outer casing missing, poor finish overall and sink was in bedroom not in bathroom. Also sofa was uncomfortable. Milk tasted like it was going off and breakfast service was a bit disjointed.

Great location. Comfortable room. Helpful staff.

Hotel looks a little tired. Chose not to opt for breakfast.

Friendly staff, in a great location. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfy.
