White Heather Hotel

Location was good Staff nice

Although bed newish ..bathroom clean ...walls in bedroom dirty..hole in the wall .an old fabric chair which I wouldn't even put my coat on because of stains.Shower was minute....not suitable for normal sized adults.Don't normally have negatives but room 104 needs looking at.

Room was clean and spacious.Breakfast was amazing good quality food and well cooked

Value for money.. great cooked breakfast..rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were kind and friendly. Great position for the beach shops and eateries..

The breakfast was very good, the lady serving was very helpful.

The en-suite was rather small but sufficient. The steps to the front door was difficult for someone with mobility problems. There was no disabled entrance.

Location was perfect for us, breakfast was plentiful and very nice buffet style. There’s a lift and we we’re on the 3rd floor so it was ideal, stayed in a few places in Llandudno with no lifts.

The wallpaper and matching curtain in our room was very dark and dated made the room feel enclosed but this is a minor issue and we both agreed we would stay again bathroom was modern and room was clean and stocked well with tea coffee etc

The White Heather was a lovely homely and comfortable hotel . The staff were friendly and helpful and our dietary requirements were catered to brilliantly without any problems. The hotels location is fantastic for walking around the town and also to access to the pier and the beach. We loved the breakfast , it was nice to have a choice of what to eat despite being vegan. We enjoyed bour stay so much we have booked again for later in the year! Highly recommend this hotel

The worst possible and my...

The staff even being polite is useless as 2 different members didn’t even try to sort out the situation. At 1:00 a.m. on the 14/02/26 tried to use the water and gave a shower and there was no hot water at all. Came down to the ground floor, spoke to a member of the staff who said that there was nothing he could do. At 08:00 a.m left the hotel and reported again the problem to the reception. Left my partner there who left about 12:00 as well.

I found tge flight of steps up to the entrance difficult especially with luggage Although staff helped us on departure

Fantastic location and breakfast. Comfy rooms. Booked 2 twin rooms but one was significantly bigger than the other. Hotel was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Too hot in the breakfast room and bedroom in the morning and that was after we turned the heating off the day before. No biscuits to have with our cup of tea!

Staff were great.the rooms were exceptionally clean. Bed was super quality and really comfortable. Food was good.

The rooms though clean were tired and in need of redecorating. The wall paper was pealing off the walls.

Breakfast was superb - muesli fruit yoghurt and buffet cooked breakfast.Didnt expect such a good breakfast for the price we paid.Helpful staff. Comfy bed .

Weather could have been better !

Location was amazing and accommodation was dated but value for money

No gluten free breakfast for the member when requested and soap was tiny

The hotel was great, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bedding were clean, beds are comfortable, and showers hot. Breakfast was as you would expect, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, toast, and buffet style breakfast. It was hot, plenty of choice and above all very tasty. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Superb breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff and really clean. There is a lift to all floors (which looks news) and was useful for the third floor.Great location for pier/beach/shops/walking on promenade

The decor needs updating a little. There was evidence that this is being done in stages and it is challenging to keep up to this type of historic building.It was so clean and comfortable that for the cost, I do not think it could be better and I would recommend. We are looking at booking next year already.
