Great location,very quiet clean and pey

Good size room good view great location

Breakfast was I little hap hazard runny eggs one day then hard next day

Staff were polite etc . Bed linen was clean but the room was dusty. Shower was mouldy and in need of a clean.

See above. Breakfast was a bit basic. Cheap coffee and tea . Cheap bread .

ok check in never been hotel with my passport hotel Bearley look at it ..

check bed in my room bloods strains and other strains on mattresses topper one thin sheet and thin mattresses on cover in it .. cracked window on heating expect i small electric heater .. the dirt between window and old raditior the wall was black with dirt free wifi keeped dropping out all evening breakfast cheap fruit an cheap coffee egg fried or poached egg 1 sliced of toast that all no bacon non sausage etc

Friendly staff , The room clean and comfortable with a sea view .Had tea, coffee sugar and milk in the room on arrival .

Lovely, welcoming staff on arrival and at breakfast. The room had a hairdryer plus tea and coffee facilities.,

The rooms we're a little dated and in need of a touch up in areas as there were marks on walls some damp patches in the bathroom on the ceiling with mould.

Breakfast was poor , items used were supermarket essential brands , very thin bread . Eggs were cooked perfectly , shame there was no other breakfast items to accompany them .

I liked the breakfast & the staff was lovely.

The tele in the room was on slant.

We stayed here before and it's great Value for money. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast is good. Staff are very helpful and it's right on the prom. Wonderful place. Highly recommended.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Location was great, and the complimentary breakfast was simple and nice, but does not open until 8:30am, not a minute earlier which feels a little late.

We were put in the Annex building out the back which was run down and neglected. No wifi in the rooms and many things were broken in the bathroom.

My room was warm and cozy ☺️ enough space..staff lovely and helpful ..complementary breakfast really good to start the day...Great stay and value for price

Location was great. Right on the seafront and a short walk to the town centre. Room was comfortable warm and had everything we needed. Complimentary breakfast was a good start to the day. Basic in choice but cereal, toast, eggs how you like, fruit, yoghurts and fruit juice. Tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and had a very nice weekend.

There was not much to not like. Ok could do with some tlc in places but then I've stayed in plenty of hotels that need the same. I have no complaints about this hotel.

Continental breakfast was not mad

Left in a tiny room off the property at the back of hotel no staff about when needed tried to ring reception no answer and no body on reception when checked TV had no signal and intermittent bbc2 only no batteries in remote control and room became smelly when to toilet was flushed

It was warm

Breakfast was cereal and eggs toast that is not a continental breakfast bed was uncomfortable and you could not use card payments given breakfast was 830 you think they would be ready but they weren't also eggs either raw or over cooked

Its a budget hotel.. For the money I found it to be good value.Location.. Nice clean room with comforts...Helpful staff

Looking at the Hotel outside it looks a bit tired.Shower was a bit temperamental.

Location excellent, sea view room great. Hotel well heated and cosy

Need new pillows in the room. Bathroom sink badly cracked, could be dangerous if breaks up and drops on the floor. Decor could do with tidying up.Advice , put heating on a timer as room too warm at night.

The staff were really polite and friendly and the breakfast was excellent, well cooked and lovely environment.

There was no decaf coffee in the room. It would be good to have another chair as well, there was only one chair for a double room.
