Located in Burnham-on-Crouch, within 20 miles of Chelmsford Train Station and 23 miles of Hylands Park, Creeksea Place Barns provides accommodations with a fitness center and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Please inform Creeksea Place Barns of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 450 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The Spa is shared and closed every Monday for cleaning and Maintenance. Please note that you are required to have at least one member of your guest party over the age of 25 years to secure a booking with us.

Room was clean and equipped with the essentials. Good cafe. Plenty of parking spaces. Access to gym and spa.
The room was comfortable, clean and easily accessible. Attached to a larger barn housing a few other rented spaces. Cafe opposite. We booked treatments in the spa which were great and good value. Beautiful walk down to the water through the Vineyard.

Cons -

Very isolated. Cafe only open from 09:00 until 16:00. No manned reception desk. Surrounding roads unlite so unsafe for walking at night.
Would be good to have somewhere on site that is open in the evening where you could eat or get a drink as the cafe closes at 4pm on Saturday. Saying that we drove ten minutes into town and had a lovely meal in The Ship. I guess its not cost effective if the barns are not at full capacity.
