Staff went above and beyond
Very comfortable hotel, lovely location.
Friendly staff, rooms were perfect for our needs on a short 2 night stay. The hotel is in a nice friendly village with easy access to the motorways. Convenient shops nearby. Breakfast was very good and the lady serving was fantastic. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Cons -

Could have been a bit cleaner
The meal at night was very disorganised and full of grease. We did complain and got a free dessert, however we would have rather had a nice meal
