- Excellent
- Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Historical features of building and pub next door were very interesting. Very handy location for Maldon high street and Promenade Park only a short walk away.
- Staff were very helpful, room as good with a good shower en-suite. Bar onsite had some good local beer and was pleasant.

- Quite a lot of noise from the street in our front-facing room (the downside of staying in an old building!). Rooms on the small side so not a lot of space for large luggage. WiFi was a little flaky at times (but generally okay). Lack of herbal teas on the hospitality tray alongside the tea, coffee, hot chocolate selection.
- Nothing really, whats what I expected in way of accommodation, staff were great
