Booked the hotel for my son and his partner,they had been booked for zip world. While there my son proposed, the staff treat them like king and queen above and beyond. Thank you so much. Highly recommended xx

Our room was very hot - a little uncomfortable to sleep in

The location was good as central accommodation for touring North Wales. The room was excellently appointed and a brilliant bathroom.

The staff were very brusque and a little unwelcoming. The last thing you need after a tiring six hour car journey is someone who is extremely dismissive of you because you are half an hour early to check in. There are ways and means of saying it to someone who is paying top rates.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The interior decoration was in need of serious improvement, giving off an outdated and uninviting vibe. The room itself was far from impressive, lacking the comfort and amenities one would expect. The English breakfast left much to be desired as well, with dry sausage and unsalted scrambled eggs that were far from appetizing. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay and would hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Plas Weunydd, and I must say it was a perfect experience. The staff, mostly young individuals, exuded confidence and warmth, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed me of a complimentary upgrade, but even without that, the stay would have been enjoyable. The property's location, just a 40-minute drive from most Snowden routes, was convenient and the nearby views were truly captivating. The dining experience was delightful, with some dinner tables offering stunning views. The food itself was very nice, featuring a well-curated selection to suit various preferences. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, adding to the overall perfection of my stay. I would undoubtedly rate Plas Weunydd as a top-notch destination.

The people are very nice and accomodatingto your needs. The Service is good and the accomodation meets all basic needs. You have a nice restaurant/Bar within the premises.Location wise, it is just few steps away from Zip world.

Breakfast was great, all 4 hotel rooms were perfect as we were a group of 8, evening meals were great & good value for money. Location was good for zip world as its right next to it. Snowden was a half hour drive away. Staff were helpful before arrival answering our questions & on arrival went out of their way to book us a minibus cab for our evening out.

Everything was perfect but we did have a few issues with the shower trays. As they are so low profile you have to shower really quick before they start to flood.

Room was lovely. We had a free upgrade from budget double room to a deluxe double room. Staff were friendly and to the point. The bar and restaurant were very reasonably priced and we particularly enjoyed drinking at the terrace and eating by the window in the restaurant.

This is not a complaint at all, but ad the accommodation is not located within walking distance to the nearest down, it would be advisable for guests to bring along more food and snacks in case you get hungry at night.

Lovely staff and really nice room very to dogs

The food was terrible we waited 3/4 hour for a poor burger and undercooked chips the breakfast the following morning was equally as bad cold with cardboard sausages and undercooked bacon

Location and the bed was comfortable.

Room allocated had frosted glass covering all of the window. So could not see through the window. Had we known in advance we would have cancelled our stay. This information needs to be on the website and included in booking.com. We complained and were moved to an accessible room, which had a broken show and very hot water. The company did replace the shower unit but it was still difficult to use. Also servicing the rooms was not good and had to ask for towels, clean cups etc. Restaurant food could be improved. Overall a disappointing stay in a beautiful location.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with gorgeous views over the valley and hills beyond. Rooms well equipped and quiet. Friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location for zip world and mountain biking centre. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice on the buffet and good selection of juice and hot drinks.

Our room (12) was quite compact, the only mirror outside of the bathroom was behind the door which made it difficult for two people trying to get ready at the same time. Bathroom spotlessly clean and well equipped but very small- very little space between toilet, shower and walls. May be quite difficult for a larger or taller person!

The hotel was beautiful, lovely decor and very clean.

Very slow service, the hotel itself seemed half empty. We only saw a handful of other guests at breakfast and dinner- only 1 other table. The food was not the best. Vey small basic menu, food came out cold and forgot my child's meal. Did receive an apology and meal taken off the bill. The hotel is beautiful but not in the best location, you will need to use your car to drive everywhere. No where walk in distance. We was given the top room which was beautiful but the window barely opened and it was incredibly hot for a family of 4 with a dog. Our dog couldn't settle and the children were far too hot. Also a fire hazard with the window barely opening. Bar was clean but staff very slow. And not the best options for larger/ wine. And no draft pop. Took close to 20 mins for my husband to get 4 drinks.

Staff was great and friendly, food was nice. Location is excellent.

I didn’t have the view from my room - for the price I paid.
