No shower possible on last night. Reception very apologetic and refund of one night accepted
Room was unbearably hot and the window was not enable beyond 10cm. There were no machines to buy drinks or snacks. No shaving mirror. Underground car park adds 10 pounds a night to the cost of the hotel.
