Location was close to beach, shops bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly

Ideal location, staff friendly and helpful, room was clean

On arrival a person sat at the rear of the restaurant ( later found out it was the chef ) was looking my partner up and down like he’d never seen a woman before, very loud foul language coming from the kitchen below us on several occasions. Sink in bathroom blocked and toilet cistern continually running.

The light in the rooms, the level of warmth. The facilities were good and location to the town was superb

It got noisy as the pubs shut, which was unfortunate. Limited parking and stairs inside meant we had to carry our cases up and down to our rooms

Noisy at night, water system growls every 10 minutes during the night and smells of the food being cooked

Great location, although no on street parking there was a multi storey car park nearby which was free to park on in December but would have been only 3 pounds for 24hours other times, food in the restaurant was good portions were massive

Large modern well equipped room. Plenty of beverages in room. Additional biscuits and bottled waterwas a nice touch. Good quality toiletries.

Breakfast would have been a bonus.A bit noisy outside on the street with windows closed.

The check in was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spotless, the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the centre.

We didn’t eat at the billycan, as we were down to see family and ate at their houses, although the menu looked great and did see some of the dishes which looked amazing

Amazing room, perfect

It can be a bit noisy outside, but this is the same for any central property in Tenby . I always earplugs !

Lovely clean and modern room. The restaurant was also very good and would definitely return to eat there. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very hot, be great to have controlled the temperature in the room ourselves.

Shower neededed adjustments

Upon arrival staff we're very welcoming and friendly, everything was explained really well. The room was lovely, it was clean and spacious it had nice little touches such as the towels folded into hearts on the bed, lovely toiletrie pack with tea and coffee etc. We also had a reservation for food in the evening which we booked in advance, and I can say that the food was out of this world. Again the staff and service was fantastic and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff at the Billycan for such a lovely stay.

Lovely spacious room and large walk-in shower.Plenty of coffee and tea, and quality biscuits!Excellent central location.Very good restaurant, great food.

All good.Maybe a hand attachment with the shower.A cooked breakfast option would be nice, but cafes nearby.Parking closer would be good.A mention that in my case, the room was up 3 flights of stairs.
