Cons -
- The floor in our room was wonky, so that when we lay down in bed our heads were lower than our feet which was not comfortable
- Only only bad thing was that we popped to hotel about an hour before check in and receptionist didn’t even check to see if room was ready just told straight away that it wouldn’t be ready when it could of been checked
- The bar was too quiet in the evening.

Me and my partner had the most wonderful stay here last weekend. The rooms were excellently facilitated, clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our breakfast was delicious! Overall a genuinely lovely time thank you !
Location on the cliff overlooking the sea. Rooms all recently refurbished.
The bar was too quiet in the evening.
Best beds and possibly the best location ever what a view while having a beer
The lift.
Rooms very clean. Staff friendly, brilliant location and incredible sea view.
The hotel uses the most overbearing and synthetic artificial air freshener/room spray all over the hotel. It is disgusting and hits you as soon as you walk in. Gave us a horrible headache. The lift was slow and dodgy. We ended up taking the stairs. The decor of faux flower wall and neon signs is dated and tacky. More Essex nightclub in the noughties than a stunning listed building on the Pembrokeshire coast.
Friendly staff and the views were beautiful
Shower was boiling, tried to turn it a little bit cooler and it stayed boiling.
Spacious room. Staff gave excellent service.
The lift was temperamental, only got two people in and said overloaded if you had luggage.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff and very good hotel
Nothing all was good
Nicely decorated to a high finish, comfortable room with sea view. Staff very friendly and happy to help with any questions
It had improved in decoration since last visit 2 years ago
the floors where not clean, dog hairs on carpet, lift would not accommodate 2 people at a time for some reason so had to use stairs to floor 5. and the staff tried to take the payment from me at check-in and check-out when I had paid online before arrival also £50 deposit was taken mistakenly as payment on arrival instead of hold deposit - refund of 50 given on check-out, for the mistake. Expected bigger room for the price. and when asked for decaf coffee at bar during Sunday lunch was given normal coffee, I am caffeine intolerant so could not drink it.
Location was excellent, right by the promenade, easy access to town. Friendly staff.
We paid for the Junior Suite. Unfortunately it looked more like a meeting room with cheap furniture thrown in. For the money it was disappointing and in need of an upgrade.
Property was clean, and had amble tea/coffee items and water in the room.
Room was a bit small and thought I booked a sea view but I didn’t, pillows were not comfy. Also very expensive for what you got.
Wonderful sea views, superb location, comfortable beds, super clean room and bathroom, friendly kind and helpful staff, delicious food in restaurant.
Wonderful location, lovely views. The staff at the hotel were very friendly & welcoming. The food is superb!
