Absolutely stunning view, perfect location for our quick getaway.The breakfast was great too, generous portions and excellent food. Staff was always friendly and very helpful

Room was lovely and fresh. Great view of the bay. Staff very good and lovely to have a lounge area downstairs to sit in with a cup of tea. Breakfast was a great choice and all freshly made to order. Lovely staff all round.Perfect outside seating areas, shame we didn't have the weather to enjoy them much.

Keys for the rooms at reception not very secure. Easy to lean over the desk and just grab a key. Never managed to get anything other than lukewarm water out of the hand basin tap in the bathroom, no matter how long it ran. Shower and bath temperatures were perfect though.

You here everything in the rooms around you The shower in the room was shocking no water pressure and very poor temperature. The heating was controlled by Reception ??? And pre set to 18c

The room was recently decorated, so it was lovely and clean , the view was lovely, they was a slight smell to start off with but that disappeared after i had the window open, i don't think room i been aired recently.

There was not really anything to dislike

Great location and our room had a great view over Tenby north beach and 15 minute 1/2 mile walk into town. Good breakfast and great staff. In a quiet residential area with good parking at the hotel.

The lift was not working.

Fabulous location with wonderful views across the North beach. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Room decor a little dated, shower was very poor, took over 5 mins to get hot water and it was a dribble when it did. Lift was out of order which meant a lot of stairs as we were on 3rd floor, although they did ask if we could manage. Had full cooked breakfast on first morning but it was cold, coffee was bitter and stewed.

Everything it was perfect .Staff were all fantastic and couldn’t do enough . One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in .

Only slight downside was the walk to Tenby town which was uphill coming home . We were fine with it but could be a problem if you had mobility problems .

Wonderful friendly welcome at reception upon arriving everything explained clearly room very nicely decorated very comfortable bed and pillows and the views were stunning . breakfast was amazing lots of choice we had full English husband also had fruit and yorget we found the breakfast staff very friendly couldn’t ask for a more pleasant start to your day .. also a very nice gentleman served up my cocktails in the garden bar again very friendly .location fine for us but a trek if you have mobility issues but would recommend this hotel and look forward to going back in summer

Christmas decorations were exceptional. Staff were excellent , efficient with a smile . Lovely location but in easy walking distance to town centre

All the staff were great, very friendly, and helpful from booking in to checking out! The food was amazing...from the breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant were of very high quality products .Room 202 has the best view of Tenby...you can't beat it anywhere else! A big thank you to all the staff...keep up the great work

Everything, staff, food, room, bed, restaurant, breakfast, staff, location, views, comfortably oh and did i mention the staff.

Breakfast plenty of it and excellent with it Staff very helpful and cheerful too

The room was a little smaller than last time and not a great amount of natural light Light in bathroom was a tad dingy

Water took a very long time to heat in the bathroom.No Gent's toilet on ground floor.A lot of staircases.
