I liked that the staff were very accommodating to any requests we made before and during our stay. The check in was smooth and quick and the staff helped us with our bags.As my husband is disabled they accommodated our request to be booked into the 1st floor room we were dubious about stayinmg in a Pub but as it turned out any festivities finishe early enough so as not to disturb our sleep. we could hear the people in the pub garden at times nut it was only people having fun, and any noise was brief and not all that noisy. The location is great being right in the middle of town, and right in the middle of things. We did have a meal there during our stay and it was reasonably priced, cooked well and dispite being busy it was hot when we got it, not many places worry about the quality of the food going out of the kitchen nut Tenby house obviously do. the room was warm, clean and they supplied everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. we did have a small balcony/patio attatched to our room but due to the unco-operative weather we never got chance to use it.We have been going to Tenby for over 30 Years and i can say this is now our favorite place to stay. We do not have any quarlms about promoting their good quality stays and will not hesitate to stay their again next time we visit Tenby. Thank you to the staff at Tenby house for making us so welcome and comfortable. The pub also kept their licencing hours so any noise below did not make us lose sleep, and we did not hear anyone coming or going. When staying in Tenby for a few days you are best Paying the daily rate In the multi storey car park at £6.00 per day or £30.00 per week not on the ground floor though, that is only a short term stay, You can park outside Tenby House for a half hour to drop off / pick up your cases because the lift in the car park doesn't work saves you having to hump the cases up the stairs.

Nothing not to dislike There was some noise from the pub below but we expected that when booked we knew it was a Public house. It did not go on too late and it was'nt all the time or every night. and it was only people having a little fun celebrating a birthday.

Lovely and clean in the gardens out the back and very pretty, bedroom spacious ,complementary water ,crisps and tea and coffee facilities. Left a bottle of Prosecco for us which was a lovely touch as it was a birthday treat. Staff were really friendly, lovely food.

Got woken early from having the barrels delivered it very noisy, could do with the carpet and stairs being repaired and replaced going to the bedrooms very worn and doesn’t look very clean, would make a huge improvement. They also do t sell Thatchers Gold on tap or bottles which is a big shame.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tenby House. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tenby. The room was spacious, comfortable, and having a balcony was such a bonus – it made the stay feel extra special. The building has a lot of charm, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Nothing at all – everything was just right. The room was great, and the balcony was the highlight.

Comfy bed, spotlessly clean with plenty of tea, coffee and bottled water. Excellent staff and location .

Hotel was bang where I wanted, close to all amenities and situated on top of the pub which was handy albeit not my scene.

My stay was too short for me to notice things I didn't like. Although on top of the pub, I didn't hear noise or disturbances. I'll surely book the accommodation again should there be a vacancy on my next visit early in October.

Location perfect. Room perfect. Sleep - zero.

If you’re here for a party weekend, great. If you’re a young family, old couple, couple visiting for the beach and town, here for a training weekend for IM, stay elsewhere. Music is so loud is vibrating the rooms and goes on until midnight. It’s currently 11:23pm, started at 9pm. Beyond exhausted. Do not stay here if loud music until early of the morning bothers you. We asked when we got in, was told no, just background noise you’ll be fine. It’s so loud I might as well be sleeping on the dance floor. Really unfair. Doesn’t state this on the booking.com of course.

It's a beautiful old style pub building in a magnificent setting, right in the middle of the village of Tenby. The bedrooms were beautifully presented and faithful to the heritage of the place. It takes a lot of work to get rooms this good. I congratulate everyone who contributed.

I can't think of anything not to like.

amazing location, right in the centre of tenby. although above pub and in bus area it really wasn’t too loud. the bed was huge and the tv was an amazing bonus (as well as a fan which was great!). upon arrival we were taken to the room which was nice. the room and bathroom was also incredibly clean. absolutely would stay again, couldn’t have been happier with the hotel.

could be noisy outside but that’s inevitable. also got a little hot in the room but the fan helped

Everything great location comfortable room loved the bed friendly staff I would definitely recommend this hotel

It did not bother us being on top of a bar it was very noisy but if you like going to bed early don't stay here has music is not turned off until 12.30 but then it's all quiet

    10BarbosaPosted on: 8-26-2025

The location could not be better, everything was a step away. Really nice and helpful staff, in fact all Welsh people I talked with were the most wonderful and warm people. The room was very comfortable. Just what we needed, with a lovely balcony.

The shower could be more spacey and waking up to bottles of beer and wine being dragged off the building (our room was just facing the beer garden).I still gave this accommodation a 10! This was all part of a great experience.

    Coffee tea, crisps

The music din, in the evening, the bass beats from the bar did cause a sleep issue as it was going on till 12am. And vibrates through the room

    8DavidPosted on: 8-22-2025

Room was fantastic, bed very comfortable. Exceptionally clean and tea, coffee, water etc replenished daily. Couldn't ask for more. Cleaning staff were lovely.

If I'm picky wi fi was poor. Stairs etc a bit scruffy. But more than made up for by large bright room

I liked the location of the hotel, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the size of the room and the balcony view. The room was clean and well kept and the bed comfortable. Wifi was okay.

I asked for a quiet room and instead was put in a room right above the bar. To be clear, this wasn't just a hotel bar but a busy, full-sized pub with rooms above it. The name Tudor House I found a bit misleading in this respect. Perhaps I should have checked more closely before booking. I struggled to sleep before midnight both nights due to the music and noise. The shower was poor and of an old design and low pressure; it should be upgraded.Given the size of the room, it could have benefited from and handled a comfy chair, not just a desk stool. There was no breakfast on offer, which was a shame.

Amazing property, right in the city centre with easy access to everything. Enjoyed every minute. There was a bit of noise from bars on the opposite side of the street until 12-1, but that is pretty much the feature of very central locationPub downstairs was superb

Right in the middle of bustling Tenby. The location was great only mins walk from stunning beaches and right in the middle of the beautiful town of Tenby.Lots of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. First time in this amazing little town. The atmosphere was great. The hotel was old style with uneven floors, old style decor, small bathroom.Beds were huge and comfortable. Lots to see and do in this town. Beautiful old stone walls around the town

Bathroom bit small and had musty smell.
