Rooms at Allium

This is a lovely place to stay. Well-situated just outside the historic wall with a car park nearby. Cath & Dave were great hosts. They communicated well and took care of a slight bathroom issue promptly. The room was spacious and very well-appointed so we were quite comfortable. It was very clean and well cared for.

The cafe in the building opens at 8 on weekdays and 9 on weekends. If you want an earlier start, there aren't breakfast options close by. A mini-fridge in the room would help a lot.

The bedroom and bathroom were a great size and both had been designed really well using beautiful colours. The bed was super comfortable with good pillows. One of the best places I have ever stayed in terms of decent mirrors close to light sources - so many hotel/rentals get this so wrong. It's really close to the town centre and beaches. We had a nice breakfast in the cafe downstairs one day and then on the other days it was less than a 5 min walk to Loafly Bakery (amazing pastries). We've previously stayed in an airbnb and a rental when we've come to Tenby before but we'd stay here again.

Only a very small thing and it really wasn't that much of a negative but it would have been nice if the bathroom was fully cleaned every day

This was such a great find in Tenby! The room is decorated with beautiful simplicity, and everything you need is there, conveniently arranged and well thought out for an easy stay. The bathroom is truly exceptional, even the water and wine glasses were the kind you'd purchase for your own home. It's clear the owner cares about the quality details that some may think don't matter but add up to make all the difference! We were SO pleased with our room. It's quiet, but you can easily walk anywhere in town and to the beaches, and right next door is the most wonderful cafe with delicious coffee drinks and a variety of breakfast choices for every palate. We look forward to returning to Tenby and would absolutely stay here again.

Very central to Tenby. Excellent communication with the host. Easy to access building and room keys. Room was spotless. Good WiFi. Place to eat and drink next door

I had a wonderful stay at Allium. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Cath was welcoming and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the little details, like dressing Growns and a well-stocked Coffee Bar & Bottled Water. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again!

The entire property looked recently remodeled. It was beautiful. Large, clean beautiful bathroom and shower. The bedroom was also lovely had a very comfy bed and tasteful furniture for sitting and storing personal items. The hosts were friendly, engaging and very accommodating. We arrived on an early train and Cath & David had our room turned over first so we could check in quite a bit earlier. If we ever return to Tenby, I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel room was gorgeous with amazing facilities and impeccably clean. The location was very central and very close to all the hotspots. Cath had very fast responses on whatsapp and was very welcoming and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again!

Everything was perfect, apart from the teabags in the room which has gone mouldy. However, that was no reflection of the cleanliness and state of the rest of the room!

Spotlessly clean room with super modern walk in shower.Tea/coffee making facilities with a good supply of good quality tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, water and biscuits. Comfortable large bed with fine bedding, and a floor fan was very welcome in the hot weather. Central position but our back facing room was lovely and quiet. There is also a courtyard with tables and chair which can be used by residents.

A small fridge would have been the icing on the cake!

So bearing in mind it was very hot during my stay and we had the windows open if the windows were closed it would probably be ok, but we found the immediate area to be very noisy. The local church bells seemed to be ringing every hour through the night.The local council empty the bins at 6am outside the property.There was also a 6am delivery of some sort and then at 8am building work started on the property next door.Now obviously I understand all of these issues cannot be helped and like I said if the windows were shut it would probably be ok but it was so hot.I think I would have just liked to be made aware of the building work.As for the room the only negative thing was not having a wardrobe. I know there were hangers in the hall but it would have been nice to have a wardrobe.

Only note to the proprietor was a mini fridge. The weather was very hot so refrigeration was required They confirmed that they would be supplying shortly
