- We stayed here after traveling from Galway, to experience Giant's Causeway the next day. We would have liked to stay here longer! This is a most comfortable property. The restaurant was lovely. The rooms were very clean and relaxing.
Cons -
- No, there was an issue with the air conditioning but they brought us a fan and that was totally acceptable and did the job.
- £45 charge for the dog staying , there are other hotels which are dog friendly with no additional charge and that have more amenities for dogs . We didn't even get a water bowl in the room and when we asked for one they never brought it up to the room . I understand that other hotels may charge a small ,' cleaning fee' however £45 seems excessive . Particularly as they have a floor that is specifically dog friendly. Can't understand what kind of different cleaning routine there would be for a room that would cost that much .

The design and cleanliness of the room in addition with the extremely friendly & helpful staff made for an excellent stay.
I would suggest adding a water refill station for first floor guests as well.
All was good
Booking.com booked me and my partner into a Disability room in the hotel, this was totally unexcitable, as this room could have been used for someone with a disability.
The hotel was gorgeous. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Parking is tricky but manageable. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

The location is very good and central in Portrush. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom was very well finished and room very boutique esq.
No car parking facility. Breakfast was ok, the quality of the sausages weren't great and only fried eggs to choose from. Unable to open the window for fresh air. There was only one chair in the room.
