Burrendale Hotel Country Club & Spa

The food and staff were lovely, the room was very warm and no heating on.Needs updated.Staff brilliant and very acommadating.

Nicely decorated for Christmas. Clean and spacious rooms. Very relaxing stay. We usually stay at the Sleive Donard but since it’s been bought over the decor is over the top and no space in the rooms.

Very dated decor, however funny enough at lunch someone was in showing staff carpet samples. While the room was nice there was a very slight musty smell, and the carpet could have done with a clean.

The scenery was great, the room was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful

There wasn't enough staff in the dining room at breakfast. Coffee and took took too long to be served

Rooms were v warm but thankful for the fan provided.

Location is good and we had a friendly welcome.Comfortable bed and lovely accessible shower with lots of hot water.

Bedroom carpet looking very tired.Breakfast was acceptable, however for the raised price of our stay we expected a better continental selection.Toaster not up to standard-toast had to be put through twice!Disruptive noise along the corridor late at night.

Breakfast buffet wasn’t warm enough plates not warm either plus the fan in the bathroom stayed on all night but I told receptionist the following morning as it was annoying but lovely room lovely view

Very quaint hotel everything was clean and comfortable.Nothing was any bother to the staff.

Facilities, sauna etc , enjoyed the view from our room.

Our toilet wasn't cleaned on arrival, we just cleaned it ourselves. At dinner while it were good , we had to ask 3 times different staff for a side that was ordered, didn't see the staff approach kitchen on 1st & 2nd ask, then 3rd a lad went straight to kitchen, we'd dinner almost ate when it arrived.

Dinner and breakfast were both very good and service was quick and pleasant.

I wasn't impressed with the food i found the breakfast wasn't very warm and the staff were not very helpful i was on my own and they didn't even ask if I needed help even though it was obvious i was using a aid.

How friendly the staff were and nothing was ever a problem for them, the rooms were so clean and comfortable

The location is brilliant for the mountains and some of the staff tried to be very accommodating.

The decor is very old-fashioned but that maybe suits some people. The menus were really limited and old-fashioned with no decent vegetarian or healthy options.
