I was very disappointed and upset that the hotel would not even consider crediting me for a future visit, let alone refunding. I even spoke with the manager of the hotel in London and explained the circumstances. He didn't care and to boot was rude!

Cons -

We checked in and checked out one hour later. There were ants crawling on the floor and furniture surfaces, room was old and paint peeling and had a bad smell. We weren't given a refund and worker by the front desk was rude.
I will not even consider staying there in the future. Its a pity because I have stayed there in the past and enjoy the convenience of the location.
