- Very helpful staff; great breakfast that included more options than are typically available at other Holiday Inn Express locations; room was much more spacious than expected.
- Grace on reception who found (within minutes) my walking stick that I had left behind last September .

Cons -
- Was not able to have a shower due to water pressure. Food wasn't hot.windows locked airon broke. glass automatic opening door very slow to respond as walked right into it and bust my nose, and no offer for reduction on price due to not able to shower
- Electricity went out in the room during the night and stayed out. The location and hotel exterior are dilapidated. It appears to have been partially-remodeled, but there's a lot more work needed on the outside.
- The shower head would not stay up the pole - surely should have been spotted when cleaning- & no one on site to fix it. Consequently a very, very wet wet room ensued!!
