With panoramic views of the River Bulbourne in the heart of the Hertfordshire countryside, the Best Western Watermill Hotel offers modern, recently refurbished rooms and free parking. Built around an old flourmill, the hotel is located between Hemel Hempstead and Berkhamsted and is within easy walking distance of the Grand Union Canal. Luton Aiport is 10 miles away; other nearby attractions include Harry Potter Studios and Whipsnade Zoo. The restaurant is currently only serving a full English or continental breakfast. There are pubs across the road that offer evening meals. Bedrooms include a flat-screen TV, work desk, free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee facilities and toiletries.

Location and general attitude of the superb staff
Location
Lovely comfortable and quiet hotel, will definitely stay again. More importantly I left my keys behind and a staff member  very kindly posted them back to me.

Cons -

Food was great but menu could do with being expanded and definatley needs choice of potato not just chips or mash

Friendly staff, location, complimentary Wi-Fi.

The tv remote didn't work, hot water took a long time to come through in the shower, no fridge in room.
