The Great House, Sonning, Berkshire offers contemporary and stylish rooms with attached bathroom. Free WiFi is included throughout. Bedrooms are located in separate buildings: the original White Hart Hotel, the 16th century Palace Yard, the 17th century Coach House, and the Clocktower. Rooms include luxury bedding and rain showers. There are a number of comfortable working areas in the main area where guests can use of the complimentary WiFi and power points. Dine in Coppa Club during your stay and sample the varied Mediterranean dishes and gorgeous cocktails on offer. Full prepayment is due in advance and a member of the team will be in touch soon Some Medium Double rooms have sofa beds, which are suitable for 1 child, up to the age of 18. Please note there is a GBP 20 additional charge for the sofa bed. We kindly ask that children under the age of 18 are supervised in rooms at all times. Please note that dogs are welcome in some of the Cozy or Deluxe Double rooms. Guests must contact the hotel prior to booking to check availability as we cannot guarantee a pet friendly room will be available on the required date. There is an additional charge of GBP 10 per dog, which will be added to the guest's bill for payment on arrival at the property. - Evening meal was good
- Nice location, interesting touches like books by the bed, very nice food and well run event for the 99th birthday party we were attending. However VERY difficult to contact reception after our stay, and eventually the receptionist was not super helpful regarding property I left in the room. Answerphone message re email contact is also confusing: no distinction between @ and at when announcing the address.
