Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For all cash payments personal ID must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. For all corporate bookings, a pre-authorization form is required for their guests to stay. For all leisure clients booking on behalf of someone else, please note that a pre-authorization form is required along with the form of ID to confirm the booking. Please note that parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Parking is prohibited to the following vehicles: Caravans, long wheel base vehicles, tow trucks, car homes, and or any vehicle over 3.5tn.
