The Marlborough Hotel is a cozy hotel located just a few minutes' walk from the beach, Shanklin Old Village and the main shopping area. Free WiFi is available throughout. Bedrooms are stylishly decorated, all offering modern amenities and an private bathroom with a shower. The welcoming bar serves a range of beverages and light snacks. There is a hotel TV lounge, a bar and a library with various table games. If you prefer the outdoors, then there is a pleasant garden where you can relax and soak up the sun. With a large car park on-site, finding a parking space is not a problem. The multilingual staff are fluent in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and Russian. The hotel can also offer an all inclusive ferry crossing break with prior arrangement. The hotel is nonsmoking.

Pros +
- Very nice staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good location and good car parking.
- The breakfast was very good lots of choice, staff were very helpful and friendly.
- Great choice for breakfast, bed super, fresh towels daily. The host's are excellent.
Cons -
- TV could be bigger
- The bathroom was so cramped the shower doors didnt fully extended. They would have been better off extending bathroom into bedroom as there is enough room to do it , this then would have made bathroom more efficient .
