Lovely breakfast and waitstaff, very comfortable bed!

Very noisy in corridor with door slamming/loud talking

The staff were very friendly, the food was great, room very comfortable, parking very convenient.

No football on TV, missed a game we were really looking forward to seeing.

Food in the bar was nice, staff nice & breakfast was lovely. Room was clean.

Our room was basic, could really do with a revamp. The pictures of the room we booked was definitely not what we received.

Our room was very comfortable, we tea and breakfast in the hotel, both were excellent.

Could not get all chanels on tv

The hotel is very comfortable and fulfilled the requirements for the stay. I needed to be close to the hospital and this hotel is the closest that you can get to it. The breakfast provided was also tasty and extensive.

Spacious rooms, comfy bed, beautiful decor and such friendly staff.

Would have liked different milks at breakfast, also more cereals, porridge. Twin beds far too small although mattresses nice. Pillows too hard.

Comfortable beds and very warm spacious environment.Breakfast and dinner starter was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The dinner wasn't really great the meat was too hard and bread. I had difficulty to choose food no visuals so ended up eating what I really didn't like

Food , live music plus nice room.

No fridge in room . Netflix would be a bonus.

Was at wedding they very well organised food was really good the bed best nights sleep in ages am going to get same mattress

Nice bar and eating area, staff were quite friendly and very good shower but I've stayed in nicer hotels around the world which were less expensive and better.

No fridge in the room. The room was in an external annex, so we had to walk through the rain to go to and from the room, dirty carpet in the annex and towels the size of handkerchiefs in the bathroom. The bed was too soft.

Lovely hotel and close to the town. Staff were so welcoming and happy to help with all queries. Such a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Breakfast and evening meal were excellent. Hotel was handy to where I was going. Short walk rather than using car.

I liked the clean comfortable rooms. I enjoyed the bath as have only a shower installed at home.Breakfast was good. Easy check in

The food is fabulous and loads of car parking

Entrance difficult to confirm on sat nav , better signage at the road as I had similar issue visiting previously approaching from opposite direction.
