Breakfast on day one was a complete shambles. We waited to be seated while staff appeared to be ignoring us, so in the end we had no choice but to seat ourselves. We then had to ask for drinks, and when they finally arrived they were unfortunately undrinkable. The buffet was extremely poor — there was no bread, pastries, fruit, meat, or fruit juice available at all. We asked three separate times for juice, and eventually a staff member brought out a single carton of what appeared to be very low-quality juice and poured it into the container. By the time I went to get some, it had already run out. Overall, it was very disappointing and far below what we expected.Day two was only marginally better. We were seated and asked what drinks we wanted, however the buffet situation had clearly not improved. There was virtually nothing available apart from one mini croissant, which is simply unacceptable for a breakfast service. Unfortunately, this repeated lack of food, organisation, and attention to guests really detracted from our stay.

The hotel is expensive for...
I was not over-fond of the "accessible" room. No bath--just a shower--, bathroom sink got wedged, desk-lamp did not work.
Went ok until we were sleeping
Being woken up to smashing and banging on my floor at 1.45am with police everywhere we was only 2 rooms from the lift on the first floor where all the drama was, there was a couple on our floor that smashed up the room before waking everyone else up in the hallway being restrained by 5 police, was very unsettling and couldn’t settle after that, probably the worst experience we’ve had with a hotel stay, all we had the next morning was do you want some breakfast, I don’t think that cuts what we experienced that night
Comfortable and great for an overnight work stay. Nice room.
A little out of the way but fine if you drive.
room was good - a bit different from the normal chain hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating.Food good in the bar lounge
breakfast starting at 07.00. I would have liked a 6.30 breakfast
Spacious room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. The whole hotel gave the impression of professionalism.
A little pricy, but I guess you get what you pay for.
The only real hotel in Wrexham
Old. Dirty. Warn out. Dated. Untidy. Really not clean. Take advantage of being the only real hotel around. Premier inn much cheaper and cleaner
Great location. Spacious room. Cheap breakfast.
Front desk staff friendly and helpful. EV charging on-site. Room was a decent size
Breakfast buffet was cold. I asked for it to be microwaved, and it came back still cold, but with a hot plate. There was a pube in the bath. The pillows were rubbish. The toilet was ridiculously low and uncomfortable.
We loved everything about our stay, the room was perfect and very clean. The bed was very comfortable best night sleep ive had in a long time, breakfast was very good aswell. Will definetly be staying again.
Location good. Staff very efficient and pleasant to deal with.
Pillows!
Went to Tesco for breakfast as it was a lot cheaper
Cost of the rooms are too high, too many hotels in the Wrexham area cashing in on the success of the football club. Cheaper now to stay in Chester.
Location good, nice room layout, friendly helpful staff
Hot tub not working and no prior notification before arrival that there was a problem. Mattress protector was old and had been washed and tumble dried creating large hard lumps on the under surface. It was no longer soft. We removed it from the bed so we could have a comfortable sleep. This should have been noticed by housekeeping before being put on the bed.
Good car park, easy access and quiet. If I was working in Wrexham I would stay again! Bar and restaurant were very quiet so I went elsewhere for food.
My room was very cold when I first arrived and took a while to heat up, window had been left open so it was very wintery! But great spacious room.
Good location, friendly staff, bar and Sky sports TV in the room
The bathroom could probably do with a lick of paint as looked a little bit tired and also be aware the car park is used for match day parking when Wrexham FC are at home
Lovely stay, very pleasant staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Supper and breakfast lovely.
The phone in my mother's room did not work (the phone was brand new and plugged in but there must have been a faulty connection. It was just dead when you picked it up. Typically it wouldn't matter, but my mother is elderly and I would have liked to have been able to ring her / know she could ring us if needs be (we booked two rooms).Would have liked the safe to work - be told how the safe worked if it needed to be activated.
Decent clean chain hotel which is ideal if you travelling to watch the football at Wrexham, both home and away fans use the hotel. 10 mins walk to the stadium and 5 mins car fom the bypass. Rooms are clean, staff are welcoming and helpful and the food is fine. I just had breakfast which was typical hotel fare but a reasonable choice.
