Pros +
- Lovely decor, staff very friendly and helpful, great position, overlooking the bay.
- Excellent dinner. Food was delicious. Great menu and waitstaff.
- Great room with a superb bay view.Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.Efficient freindly staff.
Cons -
- Pillows a little too big
- Room had a sweaty smell on entry and at other times. We found chocolate wrappers in the bin and on the tea/coffee tray when we arrived. In the morning an old towel had been left in the bathroom by housekeeping staff who had used it to clean the toilet with. We had to let her know to collect it. Didn't like the joyriders speeding on the seafront outside the hotel.
- Room was rather plain, needed updating

Great room with a superb bay view.Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.Efficient freindly staff.
Absolutely fab hotel..with a beach on its doorstep and view of the castle on the hill. Staff were lovely and the food in the restaurant was amazing. It has a very well stocked bar with numerous varieties of spirits and wines and also a large selection of welsh ones!. We only stayed for one night but wish we had been able to stay longer. There is limited parking at the hotel but there are some spaces just an easy short walk away .Hopefully be back again soon!
Great location with a great view of the beach, castle and mountains. Beds were very comfortable. Good selection of teas. Liked having the bottled water. Breakfast room was really nice with very good breakfast; we had full welsh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking outside was a huge bonus.

Extremely friendly staff and super location and view
Helpful staff, very well appointed, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great location, good value for money
No car park as such but free parking on the sea front just below - not a problem in the slightest but worth mentioning if you're hoping to put your hypercar in their private garaging as that's not an option
Friendly staff who couldn’t do more to help, stunning views and hotel very nicely decorated throughout.
Nothing!
THE HOTEL WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION WITH FANTASTIC VIEWS TO THE LLYN ESTUARY. WE WERE RUNNING A LITLE LATE ON OUR JOURNEY AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING IN MOVING UR DINNER RESERVATION. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE HOTEL MANGER WAS REALLY HELPFUL WITH OUR BAGS AND IRECTED US TO TTHEIR PARKING AREA WHICH WAS A GREAT BONUS IN A SMALL STREET. WE HAD DINNER THERE ON OUR ONE NIGHT STAY AND THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING. BREAKFAST ALSO WAS REALLY GOOD AND QUICKLY SERVED. OUR ROOMS WERE SUPER COMFORTABLE. WE WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER RETURNING IF WE ARE IN THE AREA AGAIN
CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING THAT WE DIDN'T LIKE
Great views, very clean, staff very helpful.
Room clean & spacious. Comfortable bed. Evening meal & breakfast excellent.
Excellent location. Food was fantastic. Staff were lovely and friendly.
Single room was just that bit too small and the TV was tiny. Parking on the street to the front is risky as its very narrow and passing cars could cause damage.
nice clean hotel newly refurbished food exceptional, like Michalen star quality.
nothing really
Location - on seafront. Close to the town centre.
I have mobility problems and find climbing stairs difficult. There were stairs up to our rooms from the lift and they were difficult to negotiate,. Our son's bedroom was basic and not very comfortable. The TV service was very basic for the price of the rooms. Parking was not easy given my mobility problems.
Excellent location with great views of the bay.staff very friendly .
Not very disabled friendly.lift antiquated and did not stop at same level as room level.Carpark away from Hotel unless you parked right outside which made passing for other cars very tight
The location is outstanding. Also the decor of the public areas is beautiful. The staff are so helpful and friendly
Bathroom was a little tired
Beautiful location and wonderful breakfast.
Can be a lot of stairs.
Location was right on the beach road. With excellent views of Criccieth CastleBreakfast excellent with plenty of choice. The full Welsh was one of the best I`ve had.Dinner was first class as was the service.Room was excellent as was all of the Hotel. All the staff were excellent friendly and professional, nothing was a problem and always smiling and willing to help.
Everything! Great location, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food (dinner and breakfast) and facilities. And a fully working old-style lift!
The parking was a bit haphazard, in a narrow lane by the hotel
