- Pool and location
Cons -
- Nothing disliked but beds could have been more comfortable.
- The room was a tad disappointing. Decor and furniture very dated. Only two plug sockets in the room, all at the end of the room farthest from the bed, so no alarm clock on your phone!!
- Bit too much chlorine in the pool

Pool and location
Bit too much chlorine in the pool
Easy to locate and the fact it has its own parking. Within walking distance of castle and other facilities
The pool was ok a little cold
We paid for a deluxe room and it definitely wasnt....dirty carpets / windows / not even a bottle of water provided!
Swimming pool, sauna, and gym.
My room, worst room in hotel I have stayed in.Advertised as family room, given disabled room, bathroom not relaxing.Didnt like door in bedroom ajoing to next door bedroom even though it was locked.Could hear music that was being played.Hairdryer didn't work, told reception.I have been going for many years and there is now a £10 charge for parking.Wasn't informed till We checked in.Dont know if this is a daily charge or for the total stay.I don't think I will go back even though I have been many times over the years.
Staff are friendly
Room had a bad smell, swimming area lockers did not work well shower gel in showers was falling apart.
Staff were really friendly, room was comfortable and we enjoyed the spa facilities. It was very clean
The room was a little dated and the water in the pool was quite cold
The hotel was very reasonably priced. Nice bar, restaurant. reception areas and pool.
The bedroom we were in was dated but everything worked and it was excellent value for money.
Room size, bed size, parking, WiFi
Pool overcrowded. Perhaps use a schedule or capping of people. Hard to swim lengths
Great food, lovely bar and rooms, and helpful staff with a great location.
Location and spa facilities. Breakfast was worth having.
Old fashioned bedroom with something banging outside on the roof so unable to sleep. Tiny bed. The worst meal ever. The chicken looked as though it had been run over by a lorry and luke warm. Tasteless sauce. Cheeskake dry and needed some cream. Awful evwning meal!!
Good locationSpa was very relaxing, not too busy
Restaurant shut at 8.45pn which seems early
Support from the staff, who were all courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, and very clean. Location is great for working in Caernafon, and for access to local sightseeing. Parking was available all day during my visit, which was very useful. I was able to sit and work in the bar late into the night, and that was fine by the staff.
Food was delicious, if rather small portions.
Very nice service and beautiful location and friendly staff
Breakfast was great - buffet style - excellent range availableHad dinner in the bar - good bar menu
nice welcoming staff, good parking on site, good location
breakfast was only warm, bacon tasted awful and was leathery. Not great to be fair.Room was very dated and the bath had scum marks on it which i could wipe off myself so cleaning hadn't been done correctly prior to arrival.Food in the restaurant was average and though the price expensive for what was provided.
Friendly staff, comfy room, great shower. Enjoyed using the sauna and pool to relax. Good breakfast.
Room a bit dated and dusty wardrobe. Had to pay to park as we didn't book direct.
Stayed before, comfortable rooms, spa and pleasant sitting areas. Staff polite and friendly
New policy of charging guests £10 per night for parking, rather stingy
Location
Limited menus tricky shower
