Cons -
- It was a bit noisy at night from a nearby property. My friends were kept awake until after midnight but my room was a the front of the hotel so I wasn't disturbed.
- Nothing, all good
- The car park would be better if it was bigger. Had to park on the roadside one night.

All the staff were professional and caring.

Breakfast was excellent. Small wait, which meant it was being cooked to order. Nice variety and quality of food. Evening food was excellent too! Staff were all very friendly and welcoming!
Nothing, all good
The food was good quality pub grub and the bed was very comfortable.
The car park would be better if it was bigger. Had to park on the roadside one night.
Had one of the one bed cottages attached to the grapes. Lovely staff. Parking available. Great breakfast
Breakfast was first class. On a lovely sunny evening being able to sit outside on the decking overlooking the valley was certainly a highlight of our stay.
The Grapes was a fantastic place to stay. We were made to feel so welcome by all of the staff. The location is epic with beautiful views in all directions. We enjoyed the sunshine in the stunning beer garden and the food and service was great. The hotel is full of character and charm and everywhere was spotlessly clean
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with helping organise our 4 day stay in north wales. The food was delicious- we ate here everyday and have never done this. Would usually always go out for dinner. The rooms were clean, spacious and provided everything we needed.
Limited parking but we managed to get a space still everyday
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, and hot food cooked fresh from order. Garden was a lovely little sun trap, and great place to chill and unwind after long days of walking/exploring this beautiful area of Wales.
The breakfast was excellent
The hotel did not receive payment from Booking.cim for my room. I had to pay again and pursue Booking.com for reimbursement which took a number of calls and uploading my bank statements. Not worth the hassle really. If you're going to stay at this hotel, book direct!
Staff friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was cold, no radiator, also no towel rails or toilet roll holder. The bath and shower were nice and water was hot and plentiful but no soap dish in shower to place shampoo. The room had a lot of noise from the adjacent room plus the roller blinds did not keep out the light from outside.
I booked this hotel for my teenage son & I as we were going to zip world. It’s close by. Around 10 minutes. Lovely little hotel. The food was amazing. And the staff are just brilliant special thanks to Claire and Jacqueline for making us stay that extra special. I will absolutely stay here again.
We stayed in one of the cottages, the price was really reasonable the cottage was lovely, the bed was real comfy, food in the restaurant was brilliant with very fast service and lovely staff
Just perfect, kind staff waited for us to arrive late, caught up in traffic works.
Location was excellent for visiting surrounding area. Food fantastic couldn’t fault it at all.
Stayed in one of the cottages. Found it to be pretty snug in the bedroom hardly any room around the bed. Tea/coffee making facilities were upstairs in the lounge area which was a bit of a pain. Stair found to be very slippy needed gripper tape in them to be a bit safer. Having said all that we weren’t in the room for very long so was manageable.
Poor
No heating or towel rail in bathroom.Blackout blind did not work. The room was not refreshed even though this service was specifically requested.Food was expensive for mediocre stodgy.
Great location. Staff were friendly. Food was excellent..
The room was small. Bed wasn't the most comfortable.
Lovely room, big bathroom with shower and a bath, great breakfast, large car park
It was a great place to stay, nothing negative to say
