- Great Central location yet quiet at night. Good breakfast room,spacious and good for people watching as a lone visitor.Great breakfast food selection.lots of tea coffee,milk and sugar etc in the room.

- Proximity to town center, Betty's Tea Room, Museums and buses.
Cons -
- Limited parking,but worked out cheaper to park on the Rd as I wasn't there long.I only had a shower when the pictures of my room on booking showed a bath and I prefer a bath personally.
- Cold room, cold dinners room for breakfast , parking a nightmare
- Rooms tired needed painting and updating. Paint peeling from radiators and walls dingy, curtains tired and looked very old. Bathrooms had some updates and were fine. Most public areas were well kept and well decorated for the style of property.
