Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you have any special requests or are mobility impaired, please contact the hotel directly to discuss your requirements prior to making your booking. Guests are advised that the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. If you wish to open a room account for your stay please provide a swipe of a card at reception if this was not done on arrival. We will take a holding amount of £50 per room per night, and this will enable express check out on your day of departure. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of GBP 30 per pet, per stay applies. The Harrogate Spa is open daily from 7am – 9pm. 1 Hr access to the pool & poolside spa facilities are available for Hotel residents, subject to availability. (No booking required - first come first served basis). Treatments and Day Packages are available to book from 10am – 6pm, subject to availability. Please speak to The Harrogate Spa reception to make a reservation. Children’s swim times are 7 - 9am & 5 - 7pm daily, subject to availability, booking essential and charges apply. We operate the Hilton CleanStay program at our hotel. For your comfort we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible. So we will only provide housekeeping on your request. To schedule housekeeping service, please speak to our reception team a night prior. Our team will be happy to assist with any additional amenities required.
