We Pretty much liked everyyhing about the hotel , the staff were very friendly and helpful

Good room and bathroom with great shower.

It’s absolutely stunning inside! Fantastic food and bar! The staff were incredibly attentive and kind! The beds were great. Clean and quiet rooms.And it’s central to so many things. And the bus is directly across the street!

We had dinner on the evening we arrived. It was late when we got there but staff ensured we got a meal. There was a wide selection of dishes for breakfast and we really enjoyed it. Room was big, clean and cosy

There was nothing that we didn’t like

The hotel was perfect, the pool ,Sauna and hot tub

Good location with free parking and clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Reception staff were helpful and efficient.

Bar staff in both bars were unfriendly. The young waitress at breakfast was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. Cooked breakfast was average quality.

From the minute we arrived myself and my mum couldn't of asked for better the staff where amazing so friendly and accomanated my needs for low level an beside a lift from breakfast it was really nice till.we went for our evening meal

Faculties and location

Staff weren’t very accommodating, I am a frequent stayer at the Carrickdale hotel and would recommend the Carrickdale more as staff are more eager to help and more willing to cater for things like late checkout etc Pool facilities were closed early due to New Year’s Eve this should have been stated when making the booking

Location, food and staff are all exceptional

This is the third occasion I’ve stayed here and parking is a nightmare to be honest Paying hotel guests should be given priority over town shoppers

Perfect location and nice vibes

Was quite hard to get a seat in the reception or bar which isn’t a bad thing shows how busy they are but not good for my wee tootsies!

Clean comfortable beautifully decorated for Christmas and staff were lovely

I thought the room was just way too hotTried turning down heat but it dident helpWould really need to supply a lighter alternative to the duvet

Didn't stay long enough

Location, leisure centre facilities, bar area was lovely

On the Saturday evening music from hotel bar area was very loud could hear it from bedrooms while trying to sleep!

The stay was amazing the Room was super clean and super big the bed was so cosy the breakfast was amazing and swimming and hot tub was excellent.

I didn’t really like the main bar in the hotel there was to many staff walking around and we had to ask twice for a menu an also ask someone to take are order so staff could be better in the bar

Staff in the reception were class, helped and gave all the information needed.
