- The sea front experience
- Everything and said and all staff especailly hotel employee and all staff are great they deserve a pay rise and parking southend
- This hotel does not reflect the photos and adverts. Despite being "upgraded" our room was atrocious, the toilet didn't flush, the balcony door didn't open, and the sink wouldn't drain. There were blood stains on the pillows and hairs in the shower.
