Please note that there is strictly no check-in after 22.00 hrs. Pets are not allowed at this hotel. If breakfast is not included in your reservation it must be booked with reception on arrival. When booking 3 rooms or more, a 25% nonrefundable deposit will be taken on receipt of booking. 24-hour heating is not included in winter period rates and is controlled by automated thermostat from 9am to 5pm as well as 11pm to 6am. The heating will therefore be enabled to maintain average room temperature, an additional oil heater can be provided at the running cost of £15 per day. Alternatively winter blankets are available free of charge from reception. Please note: the building has no air conditioning. We do not provide room fans or summer bedding. Guests are welcome to bring their own. Please note that The property is not responsible for vehicles left in the car park. Bar opening hours: Monday–Wednesday: 12:00–20:00 Thursday: 12:00–23:00 Friday–Saturday: 12:00–21:00 Sunday: 12:00–18:00 Please kindly note the hotel accommodations is over first and second floors accessed by stairs only, there's no elevator available. We do not allow portable appliances in the rooms. Such items will be removed from the room and held by the reception for collection. If no valid credit card is provided, a security deposit will be requested instead. A damage deposit may also be charged for large group bookings. For reasons of security, room guests are not permitted visitors in their guest rooms. Visitors may be recieved in our communal areas.
