The Beaufort Hotel

Good facilities, really convenient location. And quality breakfast options.

Really good value for money in a very central location in Chepstow. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Pub downstairs was great and not noisy at all in the bedroom; my room was right over the pub and didn’t hear anything.

Car park is a bit tight, particularly if you have a big car.

Great location, lovely hosts. Room clean and comfortable

Good location and they kindly allowed me to park at the hotel for free whilst I hiked the wye valley trail over 3 days.

No food available but could order take away. Room was very noisy up to around 9pm due to being above the bar area. May have been quieter in other rooms, However the hotel was super quiet during the night which is the main thing I guess. Shower not great and the tv wasn’t working due to signal issue but you could watch itv player etc.

Nice friendly staff, I always appreciate off road parking, so that was good

Just needs a bit more care and attention. Every footstep next door took, the floorboards creaked. I lifted the knob on the bath tap to get the shower going and it fell apart in my hand. Opened the bed sise draw and the front of it came apart

Really good location, lovely room, cracking breakfast, very helpful staff

Really friendly, great bar with a fabulous atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and we quickly found that we had found a real gem

Breakfast was a bit pricey

Great location. Cheerful, friendly cleaning staff!

Reception didn't seem to be a priority for staff. I wasn't told, on checking in, that breakfast was available.

Excellent value,bit noisy,very comfortable

Very central as my daughter lives 200yards away

Great location

Booked a single room, the tv was so basic, bad picture and minimal channels, the shower cubicle was also tiny and I kept battling with the shower curtain

Clean, central and friendly

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is lovely place to stay breakfast 1st class great parking and in a great place

Friendly staff

Freezing cold room with wind whistling through the windows. Filthy blinds and curtains that were too short. Filthy carpets and so dated

Location is good

Price of the room was quite expensive considering the shower didn’t work and the shower screen fell off . Price of the breakfast was almost as much of a joke as the actual breakfast its self

It was very clean and nicely decorated, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the on-site parking was very convenient.

Friendly staff

Great breakfast -- except baked beans were cold!

We stay here every year, the location so central, being able to park, the price and the comfort of the rooms. The staff are always friendly and nearly always check in before timeFab breakfast

Fabulous location. Great friendly staff. Lovely to have parking on site. Hotel full of character

The room was really clean, and plenty of coffee etc was supplied. However, the shower head was loose and didn't work properly. My partner ended up wrapping his belt around it so that we could stand under the shower.
