Clean and tidy and good value for the money and the staff are brilliant

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

One pillow is never enough and there was only one bedside lamp.

Check in was easy and quick. Room was warm and sheets were clean. Free carpark. Surprisingly quiet considering the location

Bed was lumpy. Bathroom was grubby and in a poor state, dripping taps and shower were annoying. Room was also a bit grubby

Having to pay as much for my two small dogs as i did for myself. I fail to see why Days Inn charge so much

Basic but excellent value for money. Very clean, everything you need . very comfortable, warm and had everything you would want. Enjoyed my quiet night.

Slightly dated but doesn't detract from the excellent value for money. More important that it was clean , warm and cosy .

Very convenient. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean bedding and comfortable bed. Shower took a while to heat up but was very hot eventually. Heater was off on arrival, but heated the room in a couple of hours.

In need of upgrades like key fob locks, heating upgrades, deep cleaning bathroom (some mildew and soap scum marks), replacing holey furniture and missing bedside tables. Ideally the tv would be upgraded so I can stream from my phone or access apps like Netflix.

Was very convinent stay, easy access off the M4.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.. WiFi was good. Welcome was very nice.

I wanted to charge my phone near the bed but the plugs were too far.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was perfectly fine during our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. A special plus point for having a microwave available, which was very convenient.I would also like to mention the receptionist, Edina, who was always very kind and attentive. Every time we passed by the entrance, she asked if everything was okay, which made us feel very welcome.

There was no cold water, only scalding hot water from all taps.The internet was difficult to access.There was no security. Anyone could come and go, especially at night

Surly late night reception person. If you have a room facing the car park on a Saturday night then expect lots of drunken shouting. The bath needed cleaning before I could use it.

Given a room which absolutely stank of damp.It was rectified and we were told that the room had been totally flooded out by a guest, a fortnight previously.Everywhere in that room was stinking.That room should never have been allocated until the floor had been dried out and recarperted...Disgusting!

Comfortable, convenient, great price.

It’s a little faded and bathrooms could do with an overhaul but clean, friendly welcome and comfy bed so no issues really.
