Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the apartments are not within the hotel complex and have their own private entrance. Breakfast is available on request and is priced per item. Please contact our reservations team directly to request a pet-friendly room and inquire about availability. They will be happy to assist you and answer any further questions you may have regarding our pet policy. In addition, we would like to inform you that there is a pet fee of £10 per night to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for pet-friendly rooms. This fee contributes to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. In the event of any accidental or intentional damage occurring during your occupancy, including but not limited to breakages, stains, or excessive mess, we will assess the cost of repairs or replacements required to restore the affected areas to their original condition. The guest responsible for the damages will be held liable for the associated costs, which will be charged to the credit card on file or settled prior to departure. We encourage all guests to report any incidents or damages immediately to our front desk staff, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
