Location is very good for the city nightlife, rooms are basic but clean.

Cons -

Due to location you do get quite a bit of noise from the street below The hotel has now started taking a 100 off guests to cover any damages, yes it's returnable but to me it represents a breakdown in trust between the hotel and it's guests, had this not been in place I would have given a higher rating.
Windows and bath could be clean more often
