Next to old town centre.Comfortable room, bed and shower, mini-bar.Great breakfast. Their buffet area is small but the selection was really nice - cheeses, ham, chicken sallad, fruit, etc. Good brewed coffee.Welcoming receptionists and breakfast team.Parking should be booked in advance (phone worked just fine). The reception staff were very friendly for my late arrival after midnight. The breakfast included was also very good. It is located very close to the train station which was a bonus.

The Wi-Fi was nonexistent. The Wi-Fi network they provided only worked in the breakfast area and not in my room.

Celebrated New Years in Orebro and this was a nice hotel offering a perfect, central location. Our room was spacious with a nice little seating area. Nice view over one of the biggest streets in Orebro. Smooth check in and nice and friendly staff.

Pictures are showing a bath tub in this room but there was none, slightly disappointed.

We had a five year old with oss and they fixed a smaller lower bad on weehls just att the side of the bigger bed. Very nice and confortable.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I’m not sure about the hygiene. There were buff flying around the orange juice and I even got one in my drink. The tv was extremely dusty, the only shelf to put my clothes on was also full of dust. The provided wine glasses were used and had dried cola in, there was silverfish in the shower and the shower door wasn’t sealed correctly causing water to go on the bathroom floor. Our bed sheets weren’t changed.

The bathroom was a bit shabby, extractor fan didn’t work and bathtube wasn’t properly installed. Car park was expensive.

Very nice staff. Gave our child a kids welcome bag. Great breakfast. Gave us a place to keep our bags until our room was ready and after check out so we could still explore the city. Near restaurants and sites. Provided a crib for free.

A little warm and stuffy in the room.

The breakfast was great and the staffs were very friendly. The location was also perfect to approach the city center. It is very close to shopping mall and the castle.

The room was not cleaned. The first thing I found was some hairs at the shower room. And the secondly the shelf where the mini fan and iron were placed has many dusts.The power socket one of next to the bed was not working at all and the power socket in toliet was not working either when I tried to use the hair dryer.

The room was fresh and clean, and the breakfast was nice! Our 1.5-year-old son got a welcome bag, which we thought was a very sweet gesture. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Location of the hotel in the centre of the city. Hotel is clean and has good breakfast. The hotel has parking space with extra cost but it is worth it. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

The location is central, there’s a sauna you can use and the breakfast was good. The staff is friendly despite some misunderstandings. Room facilities are fine and beds were comfortable.

The staff did not clean our room even though we asked them to, when they finally did it was not actually clean. I had my washing done and got other clothing back (and charged) than handed in.

Secure parking was great, location great, easy walk to the centre and the castle area

From my room the traffic noise was a bit annoying.. and Orebro seems to have a few boy racers

Very friendly to my 5 year old sun, with gifts and a small competition. Very much appreciated by the little guest. Three pillows per guest was really good, but quite warm room and no individual air condition.

Room on the top floor with some very annoying low frequency noise, probably form some ventilation facility on the roof above. The breakfast buffe was chaos - too small room and constantly collisions between guests trying to serve themselves.
