Pros +
- The staff was great. The location was good.
- The location is wonderful. The property has great history. Staffing levels are great and they are attentive and never stop moving. The breakfast, fika, and dinner provided with the cost of the room is beyond incredible. The quality, taste, abundance and variety are the best we have experienced. Reasonable priced bar products. Beds comfortable and toasty warm.

Cons -
- The room was small, there were no amenities- like bath mat, tissues or shampoo. They did not change towels but did provide clean ones if requested. Room was warm.
- Our room did not have a window, which was disorienting. And, we were not welcomed very warmly. The dinner, which was a nice thing to have included, was just ok.
- Cannot complain on anything!

The location was perfect.
Our room did not have a window, which was disorienting. And, we were not welcomed very warmly. The dinner, which was a nice thing to have included, was just ok.
The food was delicious. Both dinner and breakfast were great quality. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. We loved our stay. It was just outside the Castle. It was wonderful.
Overall an excellent stay. Very friendly staff. Avocado lime shots and ginger shots available at breakfast were this kind of little extra that makes a difference.
Cannot complain on anything!
I loved everything about this hotel! The building is beautiful and well-kept. Location is central. Our room was nicely designed, very comfortable and clean. The amenities were just what we needed for our short stay. The dinner and breakfast offered was delicious. And last but not least, the staff was friendly and helpful.
On the outside the hotel is stunning and impressive. The location could not be better.
The room was small and unsuitable for two people. For instance, there was only one chair, which made the bed the only other place to sit.
Perfect location, beautiful historical building
Automatic half board pricing. Many other restaurant options in town, while hotel’s restaurant is overcrowded and the kitchen is very basic.
The included breakfast, fika, and dinner!
Nothing. It was a great stay.
Great location, excellent breakfast &dinner. Friendly staff.
The staff was friendly, helpful and fluent in English. They were able to make great suggestions for us during the Midsommer holiday. The included dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Highly recommended
Brilliant location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We loved our stay!
Great location, nice gym & great staff…..our favourite hotel in orebro!!
Nothing not to like
Very comfortable beds+pillows, great building, very tasty breakfast and dinner with plenty of choice for food/snack, great coffee. Personnel who works at hotel are very polite and friendly! P.s. they also welcomed well our dog Sally with pink bowl and snacks :)
Our favourite hotel in orebro!!! We have stayed here 4/5 times now, nice gym, lovely staff & great food!
We loved everything
The staff was great, very accommodating. The breakfast and room were also very good. comfortable and convenient.
Location; food was very nice; bar nice choices; staff was very polite
The breakfast is very good - all the basic food we like is there. Can't complain about the free dinner as well - traditional meatballs with all the add-ons. Plus fantastic location in the city centre.
This one's not on anyone's control. The rooms did not have windows but that's a small matter compared to all the pluses we enjoyed.
A well-managed establishment, with dedicated staff and a keen sense of business, set in a place steeped in history. For €100, including two meals and a night’s stay, the value is truly remarkable. They have clearly mastered yield management, commercial strategy, and the art of delivering exceptional value to their guests—bravo! The room is spacious enough for a short stay, the bed and bedding are exceptionally comfortable, and it offers everything one could expect from an establishment of this standing. It’s unpretentious yet full of life! The evening meal is simple but generous, while the breakfast is hearty and diverse, rivalling higher-category establishments. The warmth and professionalism of the staff are undeniable. Coupled with a mythical building, this is an experience that exceeds expectations.
On the downside, the shower being inside the bathtub is not very convenient or enjoyable.
