The hotel was located quite centrally in the city and personnel was friendly. Breakfast was fine.

The room was large but not cosy at all, completely stripped of anything cosy or adding to comfort such as a kettle or some colourful painting/print. The windows were quite dirty with big splashes of bird poop.

Good location, it is a standard hotel with basic accomodations. Nothing special. Perfect for a night pass town.

It needs a renovation but as long as you know what you paid for, it's completely fine hotel.

The room is big and bright with a nice big window and nice comfy TV. I was also happy to see that there was a small kitchenette next to the bed with a microwave and kettle and a fridge.

I think the cups in the toilet can have covers and the shower gel and shampoo can have better labels. The light/fan remote was not working when we got the room so I had to fix it myself to make it work

The floor was dirty. Very basic breakfast. Basic room, no closet.

In general the hotel location was great next to the station and the center , the lady in the reception in the morning shift was Amazing instead the other lady in the night shift was so rude to us , I was having a good time until this incident with the night shift reception and the manager instead of handling the situation he stands with his rude receptionist , I don't think I would like to stay there again .

They were renovating something. So at 7 o clock, each morning, somebody started to drill the walls. They did not inform us about the works even at check in.

Stuff is very polite and friendly. Very comfortable bed.

The ventilator on the ceiling is very dusty.

The studio apartment which I stayed in, was completely newly renovated to a very high quality with very good finishes and equipment. Excellent value, super clean, very good staff, excellent comprehensive breakfast choices, approximately a five minute walk to the famous castle which is the center of the old town, absolutely a fantastic choice! Plus, private parking on site in the hotels private lot, for a very reasonable fee.

Location and parking even though it wasn’t cheap.

No kettle in the room for tea and coffee but it was available in the lobby. The hot chocolate was delicious but tricky taking it to the room in the lift.

The size of the studio was a good fit for our needs. Nice and helpful staff.

The studio only had dark curtains at one of the two windows. Since the studio is one room, the lack of dark curtains at the kitchen window resulted in lost sleep because the room became too bright in the morning. There were no warm/hot breakfast options besides boiled eggs, which we were disappointed to discover.

They have clearly prioritized the rooms when investing. While the lobby feels dated and the elevators are definitely old, they achieve what they need. My room, however, was bright and clean and quite lovely. The location is good, a short walk to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants.

Breakfast was fairly basic which was fine, but finishes at 9am which felt quite early for a vacation. If it would go even an hour later to 10am that would be great as it would allow the morning to be more leisurely.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms weren’t soundproof but still relatively quiet

Dimly lit hallways with lights that turned on as you walked felt like a storage facility more than a hotel. Signage on the hotel was hard to notice from street while driving past.

The room needs a little bit of colour!
