It was a great stay. Comfortable and met my needs for my short stay. Really pleasant. Stress free parking. Family friendly. Most of the staff and service are wonderful really

Restaurant staff on the second morning at breakfast was the unpleasant end of the stayAdditionally, I understand being sustainable and am ok with keeping my room tidy without housekeepkng changing everything everyday. But for goodness sake get the trash out and check if necessities are in place. I think this is one thing that gets to me at several of my hotel stays. That's something I should not have to ask for

Great location, free parking and extensive breakfast. The room is very clean and good view. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The location has plenty of electric car charging points. So we stayed there without tension of car charging as I used there electrical car. We really enjoyed this location

It was a good hotel, good location, clean room, friendly staff. The restaurant was also clean and the service was ok. I think the morning we were there, there were many people so that affected the service to some extent. But in general we enjoyed our stay.

I think kitchen had a lot to do for the breakfast time, guests had to wait for some foods. But it was not disaster, the staff still provided a good service and were doing their best.

Good breakfast restaurant, close easy access to city. Has a nice entertainment area for small kids, and table tennis for bigger kids

If it's warm weather note that they have NO A/C and no control over room temperature

I liked Everything, they gave us bicycles to tour the city, it was clean, the room was good. It was very hot days though, and there was no aircon

They wrote me a 50 EUR parking ticket for parking at their own hotel parking!!! They advertise on booking.com to have free parking, but when checking in, no body at reception mentioned that they are giving tickets if they don't register the car at the reception or offered to register it. This might even be on purpose so that they can charge extra. I was not the only person that got a ticket, there were more guests that got it. Also the room was dusty and and the bathroom was old and in a bad condition. Definitely the place to avoid!

Stay good, but parking issue soured the experience.

Got ticket for parking. Very unhappy about that because it could have been avoided had someone told us how to use the parking system.

The room was nice, smart with the in-wall bunk beds.

The restaurant- bad service, food "made" with zero love or pride.

There were no AC and it was not possible to open a window - was difficult to sleep without any fresh air

Staying alot in hotels and also plenty over nights at various Scandic. Breakfast at Scandic is always very good but I never such a good structure, one of the best layouts I ever seen. All Kudos to the person responsible for bfast.

the beds and pillows were super unconfortable. the tennis tables should have a method for reservations at least on the spot for a time limit per kids.... so everyone can play

Overprized meny in the restaurant.Spend your money elsewhere.

This hotel is robber, I stay here one night and get 800kr charges for Parking, they don’t remind customer to recording the parking number, after that they don’t help me on solving this problem
