Scandic Grand Hotel

It was a nice, modern room with a comfortable bed.

No basic necessities available such as toothbrush and toothpaste.

Good staff. Good parking.

Bathroom trashcan was not empty

The staff was exceptional, we came to the hotel past midnight but the lady in reception was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice, with good variety of.Interior of the hotel was luxurious .

Almost nothing. Would prefer if they had tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

As got 6th floor - view was good. There was some noises from some sort of equipment all the time, but not too much what could be annoying. Overall clean and nice room. As expected.

Bar closed too soon. Beer from tap at least.Room had bed with lift and with lot of buttons as more to people who has issues with movement. I rather would like to have bed which were for my colleagues - king size and not 1 person bed.

Good location and they served a good breakfast.

Parking was very difficult an expensive. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

Very comfortable beds, spacious room, great breakfast. Daughter (10) loved it.

There was no kettle + tea in the room, there may be a good reason but I missed it in the evening.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff and an absolutely amazing breakfast; gym is good although I did not try the spa (not sure if was open)

Everything was good - if forced to give an answer perhaps I could complain about the fruit juice at the breakfast being from concentrate instead of fresh/not from concentrate. But if that was the worst thing I guess this is a pretty decent hotel.

Bra läge, parkering i huset

Frukosten. Väldigt mycket bord som var upptagna med disk. OK frukost buffe.

comfortable and quite room, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness

breakfast

Good beds, good breakfast.Minus was expensive parking in narrow lots.

Very clean; breakfast is fantastic; decent but very small gym; helpful staff

We had a suite for a family of four. Clean and big room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly people and quite good breakfast.

The suite that we paid for a family with 2 kids had no doors between the rooms, no privacy at all. Even though the bed for the parents was really comfortable, the sofa-bed for the kids, was so old and rusty that creaked in every single move.

Location and breakfast

Didn’t realize parking was a charge My error I know but was a surprise

My experience with the hotel couldn't be much better! The breakfast was small but good and really fresh, an the rooms were really nice and clean!

The one little thing that i did not like is that the room had 2 beds put together instead of a single double bed.but this was just a minor inconvenience and to be honest a bit nit picky.

The breakfast was fabulous, so much choice.

The room was exceptionally hot. One night it was 14°c and I had to have the window open and the fan on to be able to sleep.

I have selected this hotel because I was staying there couple of years ago. My overall impression was very good. Tasty breakfast, helpful and polite staff. My request for the earlier check-in was accepted. Safe and spacious underground parking. Close to shops, restaurants and castle.

Expensive parking.

Good

Room didn’t have. USB outlets. No coffee maker. No fridge or micro. It was no tissue boxes. Very hard/rough toilet paper.

Good location, close to everything yet quiet. Smooth check-in. Excellent breakfast. Impeccably clean.Very helpful personal. Fast and convenient wifi connection.

The double bed is in fact two single beds placed side by side. Shower flow is too week. Driving out from the underground garage is not self obvious even for a rocket scientist like me.

Good location. Very clean.

They said they had parking available when booking but the parking garage was full and they didn’t provide any alternative from their side. Part of reason I choose this hotel was because of parking.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice, the staff were incredible, all of them so helpful and friendly, we can’t wait to come back! Such a lovely hotel!
