Scandic Örebro Central

Informed that was parking, but there wasn't parking except nears rail station with Apcoa parking.

Great breakfast and clean rooms

Towels felt so old

Staff, cleanliness and location

Umbrellas available on rent they should have been free. Some more options for veg.

Great location, very close to the train station and in walking distance to the popular attraction. The facilities look new and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was amazing and the location very convenient to both the train station and seeing the castle.

Nice, new, modern hotel. Staff were very nice. Room was clean, modern, nice. EZ park car parking on site. Not directly in the castle area, but very short driving distance. Nice full breakfast. Staff were helpful. Hotel had many occupants with families. Nice overnight stay on our way to Oslo.

Great breakfast and clean facilities and friendly staff.

We stayed over Easter weekend and the bar and restaurant was closed which was disappointing as most of the restaurants around the hotel were also closed so it was difficult to find someplace to eat dinner. I wasn’t aware of this prior to booking.

Central location and good breakfast.

Arrived to check in at 2.30pm but was told check in wasn’t until 4pm. The receptionist told us that she had a few rooms available if we wanted to check in straight away but needed to charge us 200:- extra on top of the already expensive room we paid for. Extremely poor customer service.

I love the gym facilities and the staff. Great service

The cleaners didn't come to clean my room so I went to the reception inform the staff and they sort it out. Happy days.

Very disapointing

Hotel advices parking in area controled by several companies where is easy to make mistake if it's dark and you don't understand swedish. Parking areas are regulated like tetris making it very easy to make mistake. They charged me 2x900kr for parking between 21:00 and 8:00am eventhough I paid to Easy Park which not control place where I parked but next to it. Hotel should give better advice and direct guests to park next to street, not next to railroad.Very crowdy, you need card even to access toilet in common areas. Breakfast looks like D-day.Noisy, soundproofing is bad. Neighbours in next room literally shaked our wall by having sex...

The room and breakfast

Needs tissues, better pillows

Comfortable stay, clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was good with good gluten free options. The location is in walking distance from the center and with good parking options nearby. The food at the restaurant was also good.

Room was nice and well equipped

Ideal location and nice facility’s

The location is good, with easy access to parking and a walking distance to central Örebro.

The wifi in the hotel was terrible. Hardly working in the main areas, and not at all in the rooms. Electrical sockets for charging on the longtable did not work, any of them.

Breakfast was great, the restaurant offered quite a limited menu for dinner, but we managed. Easy to reach and parking options were plenty. Even though the hotel is next to a railroad, then we heard no noises.

Breakfast was very good, exceeding expectations and plenty of room to find a table. Might seem minor, but we also appreciated that the background music in the restaurant / reception was actual music by actual artists and not the standard generic lounge music.

Like the hotel overall.

The bed, the cover and the sheets not high quality. The parking requires an app and for people this can be difficult. there should be hotel parking.

Everything, nice rooms. Nice bar and nice breakfast

No aircon in the room

Beautiful decoration, high quality breakfast, short walk to city attractions.

No parking but there’s cheap parking available right next to it at central station.

Excellent hotel, close to the central station of Orebro and to the city center. Room was spacious, comfortable and very nice. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Staff is very helpful and nice. We enjoyed the free bikes offered by the hotel staff, perfect to visit the nature around Orebro.
