The location was good. Very central. Staff was very pleasant. Sheets were clean and bathroom itself was clean. But a bottle opener next to the toilet gives out a weird vibe.

The hotel is very outdated - walls had lots of marks and scratches, curtains had stains, armchair had signs of wear and tear to the point you wouldn’t want to sit in it.

The location is good.

The girl from the reception was not helpful when I asked her about parking, she said you must know more than me! I ended up paying 900 kr for parking violation.

The location is perfect: city center, near the railway station and 5 min to the Castle, the main city's attraction. The breakfast is very good.The stuff is attentive and helpful.

Pillows and blankets are so cheap and uncomfortable. Too hot and there are just heavy blankets without any alternatives, and it is in summer, when temperature is over 20. The room is hot. The blanket is heavy. Pillows are horrible: so soft, that my head lays actually on sheet and the pillow surrounds it heavily and hot.

We have been scammed at this hotel! We got a single room which they had put 2 mattress

We have been scammed at this hotel! We got a single room instead of double which they had put 2 mattresses in! The headboard was on the long side of the bed! Even the janitor who later came to look at our unstable toilet which was not properly glued to the floor confirmed that he had never seen this room with 2 mattresses. We had to squeeze in me and my 2 daughters 5 and 7 in this tiny room!. There were pubic hair in the bathroom and hair in the bed which made me furious! My 2 daughters could not sleep the entire night because 1) there was no ventilation at all in the room and it got so hot!! 2) the room was too small being a single room which is not supposed to have a grown up and two small children because of the size of the room. 3) we had to have the window open not the whole way due to safety reason being on 5th floor, for some air which made the sound from the street from cars/taxis and people on their way from clubs talking impossible to rest! I am utterly shocked by this hotel! We paid for a clean double room! NOT a dirty filthy single room with no ventilation! Shame on you! Seeing the hair in bed, I took a photo went downstairs to complain. The manager who happened to be there said we had booked through booking and we need to talk to booking if we wanted compensation?!. They said further I was to talk to ordinary personnel when I checked out the next day. Because right now they only had 19yrar old boy which was not ordinary personnel in the front desk. Guess what no ordinary personal was at the front desk the next day to take care of my complaints. Breakfast was ok nothing special but some selection of bread and fruit was ok, felt like a canteen and it was utterly hot, no ventilation at all.

It was super awesome stay at Hotel Orebro. I felt like home after hectic and long day at my badminton tournament ?

sleeping bed can be half size more big to relax the body, otherwise it was all perfect ?

Location is good,right in the town center. Food was ok, without any taste -but its Sweden, you cannot expect much on that perspective.

The bed was horrible, it says on website that it is double bed, but in fact its just 2 singe beds put close together. Those beds were different hight, if you move a bit - your movement creates a gap in between those beds, a mattress is just on top of those beds and it also moves, so pretty much you can barely sleep on that 'double bed' without risking falling from it. The hot water in the breakfast area was barely warm. The staff were not interested in our concerns but agreed that the beds were not great! Cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Not a good value for money and the cleanliness was below expected. Usually First hotels are really good but this one seemed a little bit left away.

Great hotel with an outstanding location.

The bar was located on the other side of the street. So after an evening out and you want something to drink we had to walk to the other side which was told to be another part of the hotel.

It is within walking distance of the centre of town.

On the website, they market it as a 4-star hotel but it isn't actually one- it is more of a 3-star hotel I would say judging by the finishes in the rooms and building. It is located in a part of the town which is not great e.g. "Thai Massage" across the street. Next time I would stay at another hotel. The lift is old style with a double door which can only take a maximum of 3 people - so be patient.

The breakfast

The bathroom looked very dated, the tv was very small with only a few channel options.the mattress was very thin. I would say for the money paid for what you got was most disappointing if I compare with other places I have paid less and got more.

The breakfast was at an other hotel across the street (20 m away) at Hjalmar hotel. The brekfast was an orgiginal hotel brekfast but I woun't say it extended my expctations, it was okay..

It feelt a litel bit old and nasty with carpet floor and the bathroom.
