Pros +
- The regular staff (waiters, maids, bartenders, etc), were great, actually, outstanding!!
- Nothing
- Very easy to move around on the grounds and in the hotel. Staff was very friendly especially housekeeping. Restaurants were some of the best features.
Cons -
- Yes!! The administrative staff has neither customer service nor problem solving skills! I had a devil of a time working through their mental rigidity and red tape trying to accommodate some of my guests whose reservations were cancelled last minute.
- Cleanliness Power outage Dirty cafeteria Dirty rooms
- Very Loud in the evening. Friday night activities went on until 4am! Some guests were not nice to be around. Lines at lobby desk tend to be long and confusing.
