They offer a FREE 1.5 hour tour around the hotel grounds. You get to see wild sloths, insects, birds and more. Other fav was the FREE breakfast buffet. Delicious! And the beds are super comfy with lots of pillows!

The TV and safe weren't working. But they did send someone to help with the TV. We just ended up not using the safe.

    Location, events and staff.

Restaurant Ok, lack of condiment choices. Signed up for night event, did not know it was canceled until we showed up. Advanced notice would be nice.

Great room for the price. The butterfly farm and food was great.

Pool could have been a little cleaner.

Location, location, location. The hotel has beautiful nature trails. But be forewarned; you need to ignore signs prohibiting getting to the best, longest trail.

Staff always seemed confused about the offerings of the hotel; from room availability to room charges to special promotions in the restaurant to airport transportation. Still not sure if I was double billed for first nights stay.

The location to pipe line road and Discovery center. Good breakfast buffet. Varisela at the restaurant was exceptional And so was Carlos at entrance!

Asking for passport to get a towel, as a tourist that’s the only photo I’d I had and wasn’t going to leave it with pool boy! Spent a week without, so needless to say went to the pool once.

    9TimothyPosted on: 1-28-2026

Tucked away in a secluded location with good food and a good pool as well as a variety of birds in the area.

I was guaranteed a room I asked for in writing several months before my arrival and again about a week before my arrival only to be given a room I did not ask for after checking in. I was able to get it changed; however, I felt the person doing the check in did a poor job and took way too long to get it straight. Also, we were asked to present a passport at the pool to obtain a towel. Who goes swimming with a passport? A room number or key should suffice for ID at the pool when requesting a towel.

    Location is nice

Facilities need improvement. Service was a hassle - especially to get towels.

It is well located to visit Gamboa, the Canal Zone, and Panama City.

Hotel management’s focus is bringing in people who are not hotel guests to pay to use the hotel’s facilities both day and night. This means the facilities like the pool area, the bars and restaurants are packed with hundreds of people who are paying for “day passes” or “evening all-inclusive party passes” that occupy all of the staff’s attention. We were at the hotel for 4 days and couldn’t ever use the pool nor get service at any of the on site facilities. Parties lasted all night with loud music making it difficult to sleep as well. Anyone looking to stay here needs to understand that it is an event center that happens to have hotel rooms as well. It’s not a pleasant experience for hotel guests.

The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Check in process was terrible. We waited for one hour to do it. The swimming pool is too small for the number of people staying at the hotel. I found very nasty of the people swimming full clothes on.
