Room was very clean beds were very clean
Steps to the National Park entrance and along walking trail to the public beach (less than 5 minutes walk)--could not be more perfectly situated for an affordable price. Pool was a nice bonus to cool off after beach and park. Attentive owner.

Cons -

Not a negative, per say, but be aware this is a family owned establishment with simple bedding/accommodations. Not a resort hotel. Seems popular with local Tico families, who tend to take over the pool/common areas.
