- Hotel offers a beautiful setting. Our room had big windows offering a picturesque jungle view. The staff was great, and gave us a great recommendation for a less busy beach with lots of wildlife.
- Super clean, spacious room, saw lots of howler and squirrel monkeys as well as scarlet macaques flying overhead. The plate breakfast was wonderful and beautiful to look at! My daughter loved the resident beagle. having a car is helpful.

Clean, spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, plentiful breakfast. Good location close to MA park and beaches! Some other hotels in the area might be closer and/or have beach views, but Plaza Yara will be hard to beat for the price and amenities!
Usually I dont take the time to write reviews of any kind, simply because my experience/service wasnt worth spending effort to talk about it. However, at Plaza Yara, everything about it exceeded my expectations. I will stay at PY over & over & over again.
