GenoHotel Baunatal

The location is closed to town centre. This is our second time staying here when we visited Baunatal. Breakfast was good but would be better if they can make it include in the room. The room is super spacious which was good for a small family of 3.

Always stay here as halfway on drive to Czech for annual summer holiday. Great hotel. Just what we need. Quiet. Clean. Great standard. Comfortable. Perfect for us. Thank you GenoHotel.

Great beds and good roomsize. Very clean. Kind staff and good breakfast. The relax area outside the hotel is great with sofa-swings and outdoor games. We had a good stay.

Be aware that if your child needs a bed it is both booked and charged separately from the booking.com booking.

Breakfast is excellent. The room is clean, WIFI is excellent.

Food was very limited in restaurant. No choices and no English menu fortunately the waitress was pleasant and help us

No mini bar. We couldn’t get a taxi in the morning. You need to pre order way ahead with a local company.

Good facility and infrastructure. A restaurant is available and there is a small gym.

There was only one pillow and too soft for me. The room was also cold at night and the heating did not work.The gym has no water to drink or towel.

We traveled from overseas to visit our families here in this town so we decided to stay at Geno for 9 nights with a small baby. The room is spacious which is very good for our 1.5 years old baby to play around. The room didn’t come with kettle nor fridge. But we needed these items to store our baby stuff so we asked the one of the receptionists and got everything organized right away. Was very happy with this service. Breakfast was great, staff were super friendly. Definitely going to stay at this place again next time we visit our families here.

No air conditioning so pretty warm at night in summer

Clean, modern and recent construction (no A/C however) in a quiet area, large rooms, very good breakfast. Worth the money.

You can hear the noise from the upper floor when kids are running.Rooms have big balcony but they are adjacent to other rooms so no real privacy.

Just one balcony chair per double room - why? Breakfast seemed pricy - at 14 euro per person. Can't tell how good it was since I chose breakfast somewhere else.
